Hello lovely people in the 7cups community! I hope all of you are doing amazing. Today is a really special day because it's @VicK5123 's birthday!

Amazing @Starlasky has planned a birthday party for Vic, an invite for which you can find >>HERE<< (PS. thanks for tagging me!). Considering it's Vic's 18th birthday, we cannot know for sure if he would get his ATL badge before the scheduled time for his party yet. But in case he does, you know the time and venue for it! Time: 12:30 pm ET; Venue: Teen Listeners Room. [Updated note: I somehow cannot see the post anymore, it might have been removed but in case, it is planned to have a party soon, please look out for it!] I appreciate peeps who planned this wonderful party for him! In case that doesn't happen, we can always have a belated birthday party for Vic and play games!

For now, let's have a common place to appreciate the existence of a wonderful human being - Vic! I can't believe you have joined the Oldie side finally. I hope you have come prepared because now you have to pay cookie tax too whenever you visit teen side (but I am not sure, teenies might go easy on you since you are one of them xD). Vic has had several roles in the community and he has worked tremendously on the various projects he took on. From the start, he set some goals for himself in the community and he has achieved so many of them - I couldn't have been prouder. One thing I admire about Vic in reference to his view on roles in the community is how much he genuinely wants to work towards something, and how he actually puts in the work for it. I have never seen someone so dedicated! He is one of the most amazing people in the community that we have today.

I still remember the first time that we met and the kind of bond we share (please share yours too, if you'd like!). The first time we talked, it was crazy because we talked for hours on end and the conversation just never seemed to stop. Vic knows how to talk to people and he seeks out to form connections in the most genuine way possible. Even though I am the elder one among the two of us, he has helped me a lot in my personal journey as a friend and in some way, also a brother. He is cheerful, kind, supportive and so wise! He is the friendliest person I have met in the community and the bond that I share with him came to be so easy because the alternative would have been harder. To be his friend is the easiest thing anyone ever has to do and to have him as your friend, is one of the best things that can happen to you.

Something I like about Vic the most is his readiness to do things and his belief in himself. I admire him for the way he handles the struggles that come his way. He is so on point with acceptance and self-love - he has actually helped me with those two! From being an amazing host in Sharing Circles as well Listener Sharing Circles to supporting so many members and listeners alike - he has done a great job providing a safe space for others to share and simply be themselves. I love the love he carries in his heart for other people especially his friends. In a friendship and connection, he really is someone you can count on. I have never felt so seen, so valued and so loved by someone in such a short time as I did with Vic. It has been a privilege to be someone he appreciates, values and looks up to - it really has been.

On this special day of his, I want to invite all of you to the forums to celebrate the existence of Vic, someone very dear to so many of us. The teen side knows him really well, on the same note, I'd like to invite some oldies who may have seen him in the forums. If you ever get the chance to interact with him, I can guarantee it's going to be a delightful experience - he's the sweetest person! So, please share your love and appreciation for Vic in this forum thread. I will also be creating a slideshow of the messages you leave on this post so that we can gift that to Vic :) [I will add the link to the presentation later in this forum thread.] Please feel free to reach out to me via PMs if you'd rather leave a message there. And remember to look out for the party and how it plays out! Though nothing is set in stone just yet, we do want to celebrate this day for Vic, with Vic!
