A safe space to write a tiny gratitude note to someone who’s made your life a little better — even in the smallest way.
It could be:

♡ a teacher
♡ an online buddy
♡ or even… yourself (yes, that counts too!)

Share who you’re writing to today. No need for names — “my best friend,” “my cat,” “my past self,” etc. is perfect!

Write just a few sentences. It can be cute, emotional, funny, simple, whatever feels right.
Examples:

I'm thankful for God He has helped me every step of the way without a break and I'm thankful for my mom who does the laundry by hand... With God's help and mercy we can make my dream come true ❤️ no more financial suffering or financial burdens ❤️ God knows

@braindamag3 on paper , we are very different. Our first days here, we played word Association, I wrote church and he wrote cult, I smiled, because I'm a very active and proud Catholic. But over time, we've built up a great friendship here. He is supportive, honest, funny, and he accepts my bluntness , I don't have to pretend or be anyone else with him but me and he's had my back without even knowing it, so I'm greatful for him 💖💜

I am grateful to God for rescuing me every time I put myself in danger. And for giving me so many blessings that I haven't quite earned based on my merit of goodness; I am quite a sinner yet been given repeat chances for redemption!
I am grateful for my mother and father and brother and sister and aunt - because even though none of us have been perfect in our behaviors, we all still make amends and evolve and maintain the institute of family.
I am grateful for my 7cups family. This is the first time in my life I have felt deep connection of honest friendships. I've felt safe here and loved and grown through all my engagement.
Since this post asks for listing one person specifically to be grateful for, today I will thank @Heather225 .. her tone is so gentle. I look forward to seeing her words on the forums. Lately I sent her a lot of deletion requests and she got to them speedily - she is dedicated to her leadership role and it's inspiring for me. Lots of love ð©·
