My Birthday
I've thought about posting that it's my birthday, resisted them thought why not...
I'm grateful for still breathing and surviving another year, hopefully with the help of 7 Cups and possible therapy I'll start to find purpose to start living, maybe even thriving again and not just surviving.
Thanks to all the support the past two weeks, small steps but I am considerably more positive.

That ao so appropriate at last night I was loading the overs cages onti a lift, 20 or so cages and a colleague was unloading them. Just for a change I had a disco, funk and soul playlist on, I got caught getting down to Michael Jackson's thriller including a moonwalk to my colleagues amusement 😁😁
It wasn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last, I'm notorious for it singing and dancing at work, it's the talking to myself I get a bit self conscious about 🤪🤪

Raise a through giggles at the gym occasionally, in full voice running on the treadmill, i've learnt to listen to chilled instrumental beats now, but can be guilty of air drumming instead 😀
