@Ailuraphilelove8tear9 Easy. Being quiet and talking to myself to not get the last word in when someone was belittling me and talking down. In stead of battling and having a spewing competition, I talked myself down and kept quiet to maintain my emotions. Big win for me. ☆♡

Improving my reading and writing skills through self learning. I would always feel insecure for not knowing how to write a proper essay or speak fluently. Everyone noticed I improved but no one really looked deep into how much I've had to work on myself over the years. I'm proud of how far I've come.

@AiluraTheCat Moving out of state for the first time in my life. Lived in another state for 31 years of my life. I don't adjust to constant change well, but thanks to 7 cups, I've been able to cope better!
