@heathermarie95

These are all solid recommendations! I particularly benefit from getting outside, being creative when the mood strikes and throwing myself into a project, and also getting up periodically and moving around between work. it's tough for me to break away but it's helped me so much.

@heathermarie95 I love doing a variety of art and crafts😁 I have relaxing lights, and a little fountain to unwind at night. I have a music playlist for pretty much every mood possible, and one for sleeping. I have a favourite spot under the willow tree in the garden. That's my ways of coping with stress ❤❤

hope your doing ok? Gives you a giant tiny hug ❤

Thank you for raising awareness and your suggestions for decreasing stress levels. I like to get outside for a walk and I regularly practice yoga which helps to make me feel balanced and focused. I am hearing from people I work with that playing an instrument is a great stress reliever too!

Feeling better starts with a single message. Check out my profile and reviews.

I appreciate your suggestions! Thanks!

Right now, getting outside, enjoying a peaceful walk or just sitting with my eyes closed, listening to nature's music are very calming.

I also find listening to music, connecting with someone, journaling, being creative and exercise are good stress relievers.

I am beginning to try meditation and mindfulness exercises as new positive ways to cope with stress.

Thank you for your list as well as other people's recommendations too! I can enjoy each day, even if everything isn't sunshine and rainbows!!🌞🌈 I can CHOOSE to find peace and joy even when life's storms come!😉

i normally cope with stress by doing some of those pointers, except journaling and meditation/practice mindfulness.

its kind of difficult to journal or meditate even though i try at times. with practicing mindfulness, it’s a bit less difficult as i try to incorporate this in my everyday life.

however, listening to music, cleaning (moving my body) talking to someone, and tending to my plants always helps.

@heathermarie95

i just try to live/be more in the present, what’s happening round me now, than dwell in the past or what’s yet to come.

@heathermarie95 I do exercise or go outside skating sometimes. Stress is such a big issue to deal with xD things that work sometimes dont work other times- but exercise almost always helps
