What would you like to see people doing more of?

For me, it's having more family time without phones.

Sitting down to means together.

More real conversations.

Good manners.

Connection 💜💖

@Amanda84

So so important to have real connections, person to person conversations and interactions. 💖

Lots of things that people should do more of xD I think hehe.

I’d love to see people asking more (for clarity and conversation), and assuming less.

Less judgment, more acceptance.

Spending time in nature/ natural surroundings.

Not excusing “lack of time” for not investing time on their hobbies, doing things they enjoy, themself.

More living in the present.

Goes without saying but sometimes reminders are great, moreeeeee kindness and letting people be human.

@Amanda84 I completely agree with everything you said, especially about good manners. Lately, I have noticed that people often speak quite harshly for no real reason. I understand everyone is carrying their own struggles, but sometimes one rude moment can ruin someone else’s entire day. I really wish people would try to be a little gentler and warmer. You never know whose day you might make better with just a kinder attitude💕

I agree, manners are free, and if you could make someone's day easier, why not, try 🥰

I love that you said family time without phones.

Also connection.

I read somewhere that we are the loneliest generation even though we have this electronic connection.

And you’re correct. Conversation is a lost art. For instance, making sure everyone at the table has the chance to say something.

After dinner and sitting around, I used to call that magic time, when everyone is sitting around and telling stories, and others listen and laugh, just enjoying each other’s company.

I miss that, I really do.

@Amanda84 letting go of having to be a serious adult, just because your not of kid age anymore doesn't mean you can't dress up in a costume, get candy on a holiday, heck see Santa at a mall even. People but so many barriers on themselves once they reach adulthood, when in reality  "just relax, live a little"

What would you like to see people doing more of?

I’d love to see/hear more from people. What I mean specifically is that people honestly communicate with each other, sharing good things, good thoughts but also sharing any problems they have. Like if someone has a problem with someone else or with that person specifically they should say it instead of hiding it and pro tending everything’s ok till they reach their breaking point and lash out angrily enraged. They should state their problems and try finding solutions and solving these problems while they’re still calm and level minded before getting to that point.

More importantly these conversations should happen more in person. I know what world we live in and that includes things like texting, video calling, social media and those are all common ways now for people to communicate with each other and that’s fine. Nothing wrong with that. But it doesn’t have to mean in person communication should gradually be out to where it doesn’t happen or happens so rarely.

A family like or friendly online community such as this is different imo bc places like this aren’t filled with any or as much negativity as social media or social media like places may be. That’s my belief and my opinion :)

@akunknown

A very well stated opinion 🥰

Yes, I agree, the world would be a much better place if we sorted things out directly instead of going behind people's backs.

More face to face communication.

And when you say you'll be there for someone, be there 🥰

@Amanda84

Thank you.

And I agree definitely with if you’re telling someone you’ll be there for them then be there for them! Don’t tell people you’ll be  there for them only to not be there for them.
