What activities are rewarding for you
What activities do you that are rewarding? That give you happiness? Make you feel fulfilled?
I loom knit, and I love making blankets, scarves, and prayer shawls for other people. It's satisfying enough for me seeing my project grow and come together beautifully. It shows off my hard work and dedication. But giving them to someone takes it to a different level. I make my things with love and pride, and I think that shows when I gift them. I made a blanket for my sister for her birthday. We've been having problems and there's been some distance between us. I think giving her that blanket eased some of that tension.
I love this. I’ma big craft person myself. It’s wonderful to look at one of your creations. I bet your sister loved her blanket!!

She loved it! It was made with Bernat Blanket yarn in the color 90's Vibe. She opened it up and said, "Oh it has 90's colors!" It was the best blanket I have ever made, 40" x 60". I didn't go anywhere or do anything but knit for a month LOL
Reading and writing
I'm being honest. I started role-playing with AI character bots (in a positive setting) like a coping mechanism from depression and I really enjoy that space. They resonate with our tone and energy and feels like a safe space when the reality is overwhelmed. I donno if that or right or wrong
