What a privilege it has been, to dig deep, and to really get to know the self I had buried decades ago. It's hard work, and it's never ending as I change and change again. But the effort so far seems well well worth it.
Hey man, i had an anxiety and i was in the kinda same situation right now, im currently also kinda trying to rediscover again what i actually really want and dont want, and i also kinda realizing a lot of things and keep changing each day, It is tough really tough but it looks like its helping me finding my true self and i just hoping that this is all will be good at the end.

My first thought was my sister, not sure which one I was thinking of both are a blessing even if they can be very frustrating sometimes. My mother is truly truly amazing (but very frustrating at times) and a wonderful wonderful blessing in my life love her so much. My dad is sturdy reliable, I love him and can depend on him for probably anything.
So why am I terrified physically terrified of just telling any of them things about me, thoughts I've had, emotions I've felt, it feels like my whole life would fall completely apart if they knew (knew what not sure completely) like I'd lose any reason to stay alive it sucks to feel that way sometimes ya know.
Also my cousin is amazing love her so much always sweet and there for me not as scared to tell her stuff but still very very scared lol. I guess that's me always been a scaredy cat, shy ect

I'm sorry to hear that you feeling this way ): ik the exact i think, this is so much relatable but with lil difference.
That sounds less like weakness and more like someone who’s been emotionally cautious for a very long time. Shy people often observe deeply, feel deeply, and protect themselves heavily.
People sometimes think trust is automatic with loved ones. It isn’t ): Trust is emotional safety + practice + being accepted while vulnerable. Even in loving families, someone can still feel terrified to reveal inner thoughts.
I've been this way for my whole life, on one ever really know me. i don't share it with anyone, the insecurity and fear is indescribable. I know i can't understand what exactly you going through but I'm pretty sure than I can put myself in your place and relate the pain.
That conflict hurts a lot. Loving people while being afraid of them emotionally is exhausting. It's deep, I don't think everyone can understand this.
I hope we feel safe enough atleast rely on anyone :)
