"Guys, thanks for being there in the chatrooms. As you know people left alone there are vulnerable and exposed to all sorts of threats... While some may claim that the presence of mods may be making things tense in a room, quite a lot of people are following the path you make clear --that is being there for them and for each other, being a kind and compassionate human being, and letting them know that they are heard especially when things go wrong...

While you being there only keeps certain kinds of trolls or threats at bay...even if only for a few hours... makes all the difference...

You... are like the older brothers and sisters that they are so glad and relieved to have around... when they have to walk into an environment whether old or new... holding their hand, or talking to them, encouraging them, believing in them...

and for some it already is --possibly and surely, in the future as well --even just your presence will give them comfort and the feeling of safety and be inspirations to help themselves and others stand on their own two feet...

I know it can be hard to keep up with... You guys are awesome.. And I wish that you, yourselves have others to lean on...
