Eid peace

Thats my hand with henna on it. Its an Eid tradition here. We will be celebrating here in a day.

This Ramadan (fasting month) I found peace and joy midst a lot of chaos. It was about making little efforts to do the mandated acts of worship as well as get in sync with the intended spirit of the rituals. I tried to embrace patience and self protection against everything that felt like injustice. I felt irritable a lot but I didn't give up, kept making tiny baby steps towards brightness. 

I seeked Gods guidance & prayed for everyone in need.

I had some good interactions both online and in real.

Its festive time now: Eid!!! I feel peace 🙂
