HELP!!!

I feel really awful because today I blocked (not banned) a fellow listener from talking to me. I'd not normally do this but I panicked! He came to me to just chat but I was so busy with clients and didn't know how to tell him I couldn't really talk, as he said he didn't have any issues or problems and just wanted to socialise. I panicked after a while, I think part of me thought he was checking up on me making sure I was doing it right and so yeah, panic! I'd never normally panic though it's really not like me! I feel so bad and don't know how to make it right... What if he really needed someone?
