Voice Recorded Shout Outs: Hello World!
Without sharing sensitive information or beinginappropriate, lets hearall your wonderfulvoices. Say hello, speak whatever is on your mind, or give out a shout out to whom ever you feel deserves it.
Use voice recording sites,like the one above,to record your voice and then paste the link in this threat. You can use alternative ones as well solong as it doesn't have a way toidentifyingyou or your information.
These have been a while coming, and Ive finally managed to get over a range of blocks that have stopped me recording and posting these (namely my technological incompetence and my weirdness about my own voice). These are for people who are very very dear to me, but whom I cant PM (or who I can, but youre too special to get away with just a written shout out). Click on your name below to mock my accent.

I would link in the outtakes as well, because there are a lot of them and they're far funnier, but seeing as they mostly consist of me tripping up and then swearing a lot, they're probably best left out of the forums.
Further proof that me and technology don't mix, this is Ila's shout out (@Resisti)
@Lyra haveI ever saidyou're awesome? Yeah, probably I did, yet I need to remind you every single day. You deserve it. Thank you so much for your beautiful message, fordeciding to share your voice and using it to appreciate me. It means a lot. I love you <3
@Lyra, Lyra, Lyra . . . . Here I am in the parking lot of my new office, checking 7 Cups messages before my workday begins--and trying to keep tears from brimming over and ruining my make up!
You're amazing. Beautiful voice, beautiful person, beautiful message. Thank you.
@Annie - I'm so sorry I ruined your mascara! But you are so very welcome
@Lyra, No worries, I was successful in keeping things from brimming over too much.
It was just so unexpected and warm and lovely as I was heading into the canyons of cubicles on a grey day.
A voice and words like yours could mend any broken heart. I need everyounce of it. Never was there a truer true friend. Thank you.
@Lyra
Man I'm a Lyra fan. I really do wish I was half as articulate, charismatic, and intelligent as you are at your age (I was a goofball...in a Metallica tee-shirt). You'll never truly understand this but I have the greatest respect for everything that you say and everything that you write. And, trust me on this, I don't do that for everyone. You're an incredibly special person, Lyra. Don't you ever, ever, ever forget that.
The "outtakes" are the best part of you. Do not deny it. You're the best. :)
Now there's a good idea. Like the outtakes at the end of movies. I think Lyra's outtakes would still be classy.
This is so awesome. I loved hearing your voice and I do not feel so deserving of your wonderful and lovely shoutout. It makes my heart grow to know you. You are an amazing person and your accent is so cute. This just made my day. I did not know you could do this. It was super and fantastical. It made me smile so much to know that I have touched you in some way as you have touched me in many ways, my friend.

OKAY SO I MIGHT HAVE LISTENED TO ALL OF THESE AND LYRA YOU BEAUTIFUL ANGEL.
First off, your accent is freaking beautiful, you're not allowed to disagree with me on that. Second off, you have so much damn love to give, and you have such a lovely, clever way of wording things and honestly, like, I know I seem like a mushball but I really don't get that giddy amazing wonderful feeling too often (well there's a boy who I talk to who kind of gives me that feeling ahahaha c; ), but like right now I'm floating on air from being so happy, and it's all because of you! I don't even know what else to say, I can't really express the smile that's on my face right now, or that beautiful feeling you get when someone thinks enough about you to do a gesture this sweet. I adore you! <3
@Lyra
Hello my beautiful friends! I tried to get this right. I'm sorry for the plain-jane text and the links that need to be copied and pasted.
I don't know no bedda. Gosh, I hope this works.
Please hear my words and not just their halting delivery. I love you all.

:) Thanks man. I really appreciate that :)
Because every day should be Mentor Appreciation Day, here are some of my the mentors/ people I consider mentors that I look up to here the most ❤ Click on your name to listen to yours.
On an unrelated note, I want to say just how far I've come since posting those first few shout outs up there, because a few months ago, I could never have even begun to have thought about recording my own voice, and now I'm pretty comfortable with it and do quite a lot of these (even if I think that I sound like the spawn of Ed Miliband and Gollum, I can accept that). And I have no idea why I was so scared, because of course you guys accept me - this is 7 Cups, normal internet rules don't apply here.

I hope this works. This was my first try. I may have to try again if it does not work. It was really strange listening to my voice, ha but It tried it out. I love this thread. I plan to do a lot more shout outs with this feature if I can figure out how to use it.
I finally tried this. I don't know if it worked or not since it was my first time using this but I tried. I plan to do a lot more of these.
@Lyra, this is for you.
Please let me know if the link does not work and I will try again. This was my first time using this and it was also really strange hearing my voice, ha.
