Hi everyone!

Welcome to our official Group Goals List for 2026. This thread is designed to capture your goals in a memorable place that you can revisit to document progress week over week.

By sharing your goals here, you aren't just making a list—you are documenting your journey, and allowing this community to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Our 5-Week Roadmap
Week 1: Introductions & Goal Setting
Week 2: Embracing Our Goals & Sharing Progress
Week 3: The Power of Mindfulness & Self-Care
Week 4: Managing Setbacks (The "Bounce Back" phase)
Week 5: Celebrating Our Progress

We invite you to share 1 to 3 goals you want to focus on during this Huddle. Whether they are big life changes or small daily habits, they matter!

When you post, consider sharing:

1. What are you working toward?
2. Why does this goal matter to you right now?

Consider SMARTening your goals by using this easy-to-follow SMART Goal Setting Template (here).

@Heather225

weekend SMART assignment done:

My Goal Is:

MAIN: Settle down in my new shifted routine with block DAY-regenerating long Nature Break- block NIGHT, for Thesis Work and whatever Appointment, Social Activity or job is required for me to do.

Thesis Sub-goal: work on my Distractions

I Will Track Progress By: with my star-calendar system. A Star for each column of my routine: sleep, walk, etc..

TS-g: yellow, golden start is a good day for my thesis and no distractions from it.

I Will Do The Following to Achieve My Goal: slowly change the waking up time by one hour every-day, get K1 Eeke Ni Won to wake me up instead of the useless mindful slow morning routine. Use the usually distracting music to my advantage, in giving me the desire to stand-up and shake my boogie.

MAIN & TS-g: remember to lock door at a certain hour, before going to sleep and before working, to stop interruption from settling into my sleep and distractions from my sweet workflow.

TS-g:

-respect limited time on media in general, don’t remove blocking App.

-Set a better one/similar to phone on computer also for 7Cup… it’s always better but it mustn’t become a substitute to Social Media.

-use my limited boring vinal music collection so that I don’t get temped by youtube and soundcloud distracting music. Also helps me to stand-up and have breaks to change side XD to the recording.

This Goal Will Help Me Because: I’ve got a Rock to move and it’s called Graduation and my teacher is Presence… my thesis in a way is therapeutic journey bc it touches all themes of my past struggles like a father who pretended to be an engineer but just cheated his way in still green-behind the year developing countries like the one I was born and from which my mother’s honest family comes from, all this fits to my Quest to eventually do good by becoming at least decent at my job, actually doing my job and doing good to the people my father cheated and if I can actually change something to better for society and youth specifically, along the way, I’ll be happier to know I left something for the generation to come.

I Want to Achieve This Goal By: my mother’s medical early morning appointment I need to attend 17th and my Avis early meeting 21th.

My main goal is to reintegrate into society, but that's a longer process than the 5 weeks we have here. So I'll keep to the smartened out milestones I have right now:

  1. Be physically good to go dancing on feb 22

  2. Be sober enough (from weed) on feb 27 so to pick a date for some next milestones

A challenge I've not yet been able to solve is how to improve my social/emotional resistance and regulation while being maybe a bit broke (other than going to watch my friends play futsal every 2 weeks).

Any input is more than welcome!

My Goal :

Is to get back into a proper exercise routine,  I've slacked ever since leaving my job.

Been tough lately, seems as each week goes on, I just keep gaining a pound or two. Being home weach day, I have done nothing but pick at foods, eat or sleep.

Two goals I want to focus on are finding a way to pay for my education, and updating my resume using the career center at school as well as outside input to update it.

  1. By 4-30-26 I will apply to at least five scholarships and research writing a letter for my FAFSA application in order to secure financial assistance for my industrial electrical technician certificate program. This is important to me right now because I can no longer ask my dad for any help.

  2. By Friday at 3pm, I will update my resume by revising my recent coursework, certifications, and work experience, then schedule and attend an appointment at my schools career center to receive professional feedback, and make at least three recommended improvements. This goal is important to me right now because an effective resume is critical to job search success, and my current misfortune could be directly related to problems with my current resume.

I'm continuing on from the last huddle.

I'm continuing on with healing my broken wrist and building back strength and mobility in that arm.

This huddle group, I also want to get back to walking more often. Hopefully some of that will be outside - weather dependent! but the treadmill works too.

1) take as much as possible focus time where i put my phone completely away, and be present in whatever i want to do because i am very addicted and the dopamine addiction makes me anxious and overwhelmed

2) do my physio exercises for my painful shoulder that im trying to heal 2-3 times a week

3) prioritise time to unwind and relax and be with myself without being constantly productive

I have more goals, but i guess too many goals might be part of my time management problem that makes me unable to find time to unwind and relax... so maybe ill just stick with those 3...

Continuing on with strengthening my wrist/hand plus walking (hopefully snow-free outside most of the time most weeks!).

Going to challenge myself with aiming for a side plank from my bad hand for the end of this huddle. A little less functional based than before but hopefully building up that strength in the position helps with other things too!
