Wellness Accountability Huddles: Week 1 Friday Checkin Questions (March 27)
Hello, Huddlers! We're finishing out our very first week with the following questions:
- On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?
- How are you tracking your goals? e.g. notepad, tracking/habit app, google doc
- SMARTen your goals! Here is the template to copy.
➡ Remember to check in with the group every day to share a progress update. Remember, we're not aiming for perfection! Setbacks are expected, and this is not a race! And be sure to interact with each other, as we are much more likely to be accountable as a group! Let's support each other!

On a scale of 1-10, I think I'm at about 7. I wish I'd done more professional work, but I'm getting there.
I'm tracking my goals in Notion, although I think I need to revisit that - I haven't really been using it this week.

Great job this week. It looks like some things were hard, but you pushed through. I'm glad you are journaling. It's a great way to be able to judge your progress, and you can actually watch yourself completing your goals :)
@TovaCares76 Thanks for that Tova 💗
@Heather225
On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?5 we kinda in the middle right now with our goalsHow are you tracking your goals?
@stormieandpaws
I'm sorry you have been having some setbacks, but you're doing a great job stormie. Keep going.
@TovaCares76
thank you
My goals include:
Doing something fitness related at least once a day. Did well with that this week. Everyday I managed to tuck something in that was fitness related.
Staying away from unhealthy food. Just one day, I had some leftover apple tart, but it was delicious.
Trying to be more social. Reached out at least once a day.
So, all in all, pretty good this last week.
@PatienceImpatiens
Great job! I like that you allowed yourself to have a little treat. A little of what you fancy does you good :)
@Heather225
- On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?
Maybe about a 5, but its a start :) - How are you tracking your goals? e.g. notepad, tracking/habit app, google doc
Tracking app :)
@DustOfSnow
A 5 means you did something, and any bit of progress is progress! Good job!
@Heather225
On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?
I think I would say a 5. I did not do anything physically, but I did do some studying. I follow a YouTuber that I've talked with a few times during her lives and she is helping me understand what I need to be doing as far as building muscle and getting enough protein.
How are you tracking your goals?
I have a specific journal that was made for logging diet and exercise, and my FitBit helps me track all of that information. I also really like the SMART template :)
On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?
If I get to the weights today, an 8.
I missed making a PT appointment- will do that tomorrow morning! I got a big win with mobility, Strengthening took a hit because of it though. There area that movs better is sore, and a lot of strength exercises the strain is going there instead of the muscles I'm trying to target. Walking was ok - was at an event yesterday where I did that.
How are you tracking your goals? e.g. notepad, tracking/habit app, google doc
Previously I was using my phone - I used an app, sheet and doc depending on the exercises. With things now into more traditional strength training I think it's time to switch to pen and paper. I'll be a little more consistent with noting what I did in the basement exercise area. So a new to-do for early part of week 2 - get a paper chart with my exercises and have a pen in my workout area!
@Heather225
The first week I felt went very badly, maybe a 3/10, but I think this week will be better, so I am committing from this week to my goals!
@Heather225
- On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?
7/10 - this week has been a bit slow
- How are you tracking your goals? e.g. notepad, tracking/habit app, google doc
A notebook, it really helps me keep track of my efforts.
