- "Being a Room Supporter in the Student Support room has given me the chance to do something that’s always mattered to me: To be there for others. I found so much joy in listening to wonderful individuals from all around the world (students, graduates, and anyone willing to join the room) as they shared their stories and got the support they needed. The most rewarding part for me was hearing them say that they felt safe and uplifted in this wonderful space we created together." – SweetSunset92

@ASilentObserver
Quick question, you mentioned the following:
welcoming space where every teen feels understood and valued
is it geared towards teens?
@LabeledBPD the Room Supporter role applies to all rooms teen and adult.
@MistyMagic
thank you for clarifying. How does that work then for a member given we don’t see the under 18 rooms.
correct me if I am wrong this is for group rooms not forums.
Penny just dropped, this post has gone to both the old peoples and kids side. becoming a room supporter would be a room supporter age appropriate.
Imagine if it wasn’t, a teenage room supporter supporting on the adult side and vice versa.
Not always quick up on the uptake, appreciate the patience and clarification. Thank you
@LabeledBPD you are welcome, as always questions are good and help understanding. Nice to see you 😀
@ASilentObserver
thank you for the information that you shared with us. Question do you have to attend sharing circles or group chats or can you just complete the forums in order to be a room supporter?
@Lovingswan22 Hi there, Obs is advertising the Room Supporter role which is all about participating and supporting a particular room including Sharing Circles, it sounds to me like you are more interested in the Forums Supporter role, which you can find out more about here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSehAkk72S0RWV1oQ5zShECQ6s-_fDYaxPE974iHorzqNRo1Ag/viewform
