1) What is your favourite thing about being a Group Mod?

That feeling when you have been able to get a really good discussion going with everyone involved, and all the members start supporting and encouraging each other, lifting the mood of a room. I love seeing that :)

2) If you could improve one thing in Group Support Chat, what would it be?

Recognition of time spent moderating chat in the internship. I prefer moderating a room to one on one chat but don't feel I have the time to do it as much as I would like to as I have to complete 10hrs a week one to one chat for the internship.

3) If you could be anywhere doing anything right now, where and what would it be?

With my partner in Canada in some mountainous, snowy place :)

4) If I won the lottery the first three things I would do would be: 1) Quit my job because it would be nice not to need the money enough to put up with the politics of work 2) Buy a smallholding because it is our dream home and 3) Do more volunteering doing the things I enjoy, so I can do the work without the stress or politics

I love watching other moderators and working on my own listening skills by seeing what other listeners may have to say to a variety of scenarios. I also love seeing members support each other the way friends can - by saying ?I?m struggling with something too, but I?m here for you.?

2)If you could improve one thing in Group Support Chat, what would it be?

I agree with everyone?s suggestions above. To add, and this may sound silly, but I?d love if the colours for member names were also randomly generated because right now the names starting with the same letters get the same colour, and it can be confusing if your eyes are not glued to the screen!

3) If you could be anywhere doing anything right now, where and what would it be?

Similar to @Poppies - on a mountain downhill skiing

4) If you could do any job, what would it be?

I?d play in a major symphony!

1) What is your favouritething about being a Group Mod?

My favorite things about a Group Mod is knowing that even if it's a little that I am able to help in some way or form. Plus I love being able to help keep the chatrooms positive and fun.

2)If you could improve one thing in Group Support Chat, what would it be?

If I could improve anything in the group support chats what would it be? Hmmm, well maybe a tag beside the names in the chat so people could see who the mods are? I don't really think it's something I really REALLY wantbut if anything that would be it.

3) If you could be anywhere doing anything right now, where and what would it be?

If I could be anywhere doing anything I would be somewhere in Germany (That's my dream destination) just grooming and bathing horses. I find that working with horses and grooming them especially calms me down so much plus I find that really grooming a horse and spending time with them help to create a connection with them.

4) If I could re-live any day in my life it would be summer or 2014 when I was in Africaat Fish River Canyon. It was beautiful there and I just sat on the edge in silence staring into nowhere and it was such a peaceful feeling and I would love to re-live it again.

5) So for the next person my random question is. If you could change anything you have done, what would it be and why?

** If I could change anything I have done in my life, it would have been to start talking sooner. To have found a way to communicate about my home life frustrations as a middle schooler, I feel like that would've changed my path in a positive manner.

1) What is your favouritething about being a Group Mod?

- I like being a group mod because you really get to see how great some of the members are, how they're so supportive of each other. I love those moments because I can step back and the conversations in the group rooms just build on themselves. It's great.

2)If you could improve one thing in Group Support Chat, what would it be?

- I think it would be handy if people could be notified when they're responded to in the chat, sometimes it scrolls so fast that glancing away from the computer screen can cause you to miss something you would've liked to see. Kind of like tagging on fb.

3) If you could be anywhere doing anything right now, where and what would it be?

- On a warm beach, soaking up the sun, with a book and good company. It's cold here in Ontario.

I love talking to people, and I find that it's really fun to do it in a group chat where there are lots of people all talking at once!

I would make it so that guided discussions were in a different chatroom. It gets really jumbled having them in the regular support room.

I'd add the option to mention a person by name and have it appear boldly or something, so that people, especially guests who sometimes don't know their random screen names, could know when they're answered or asked a question, and participation would be smoother

Right now? I would probably be.... Mmm. In London, doing some shopping in the streets of London with my boyfriend.

I would say just seeing people get help in thechatrooms, and also watching the members help each other. It makes me so happy to see people get helped ^-^

I think a great improvement would be alist of all of the active mods and whichrooms they are in, whilst it notifyingyouwhichchatroomhas no mod.Also,I think whenever a room need a mod, a littlealert or maybe thechatroomcan be red on that list.

i would be in a state with nice beaches,maybe California, Florida, SouthCarolina, or North Carolina, but in abeach where there aren't a lot of sharks!D: and I would be surfing! I've alwayswanted to try it!

1) What is your favourite thing about being a Group Mod?

I like to help in the Group chats because it's good to make sure that everyone isbeing included and that all of the participants are feeling safe there.

2) If you could improve one thing in Group Support Chat, what would it be?

I'd like to see the moderator community grow, so we can have at least one moderator by chat at a certain time. Also I'd like the members and guests to see me as human, not as a robot. Some of them kind of forget that

​I think I'm going to take a nap now. I just had lunch, so it's the perfect time to take it, specially because I haven't slept very well last night!

I'd love to be a cat. Cats just have this way of being awesome and I'd like to be awesome too, haha. Just imagine being a cat and chillin' out there. That would be very nice!
