Group Support Updates - 01/12/2023

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

Today I am writing this post to inform all of us about two updates:

1. Moderator Request Form (Click to bookmark)

As you may know that due to some technical reasons we experienced on Dec 22, 2022, we were unable to access Moderator Request Responses and submit a new request, we created a new form. Click here to read more about it. Now the changes are made in the Member Group Chats- Chatroom Rules as well. You can access the new moderator request form from Rule #14 of the Chatroom Rules.

Please use this form to submit your request to call a moderator in a group chat moving forward. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to it.

Thank you all for your efforts to keep the group chats as a safe space for all to participate.

2. Teen Support Room 24/7

As reported and brought it up by room supporters, and moderators that their role privileges and rights weren't working in the Teen Support Room. I want to let you all know that the issue is fixed and Teen Support Room is now linked to Newbie Hub Community in order to make your room supporter and moderation privileges work in the room. I appreciate your patience with me on this and your presence and support in the Teen Group Chats. We are all grateful to you.
