How long have you been with 7 Cups now and which roles have you held? (I hope two questions are ok!)

I joined 7Cups in July 2017, so almost 3+ years and I held many roles. From Peer Supporter, Verified Listener to Mentors for 6 Tracks and Mentor Leader for 2 tracks and Ambassador.
Quite a learning journey I can say. Thank you for asking. Thank you for being here with us

Do you have any tips for creating a balanced schedule? (Or just in general, how do you keep track of all the tasks you need to do?)
@richuyulin That's a good question Rich. Here is what I could share!
Just imagine you going to have a busy day today and you could only complete three tasks from your entire TODO lists. So what will be three tasks you would do? Whatever it is, do it first and repeat!
It is more like knowing your 80/20 things.

The inspiration to me is community. Listeners, Member, and Leaders but my mentors are responsible for the roles I had or I applied. I would say I am blessed to have amazing mentors till now who keep guiding, supporting, encouraging, and challenging me. The admin role is itself a huge role and the start was just like a kid going to kindergarten for the first time. Now, I believe I know my things and a big thanks to my admin team, amb team and entire community for always being there are supporting me.

Well, 7Cups changed! 
The thing that stayed with 7Cups and me till today is it's spirit to help and support and making things better.

Hi Obs, a question please. What is your motivation for being in 7cups? You have held so many responsibilities here at cups and there can be tough times, what help you to move past obstacles?
@kindLemonade thank you for the question Lemon. The biggest motivation is knowing I am not alone in this journey. There are people, leaders of all levels and they all trying their best to do what they can. And looking up at them, encourage me to keep going too.

The most beautiful and selfless act I saw so far is a member who is struggling and in pain supporting another member. that's simply beautiful and here member denotes a member, listener and a leader.

There are! You know there is soething good in everyone! And you never know in what ways they are inspiring you. Like if someone is good, they inspiring you to be like them. If someone is not good, then also they inspiring you to not become like one of them. So, I would say our community is full of inspiration.

I believe everyone needs support, Sparky. And if you could able to give that kind of support, they would amaze you by achieving what they can.
