Celebrate Your Tiny Triumphs with 7 Cups 🎉🎉🎉
Hello everyone,
As we all know, big goals are achieved through small steps. We tend to forget or ignore the small victories in achieving big goals. But sometimes, those "tiny triumphs" deserve just as much celebration. So, as part of the Moving Forward Challenge, I invite you all to join this space to share those little wins – the moments you felt proud of, the small hurdles you overcame, or the tiny acts of self-care you practiced.
How to share:
- Write a brief description of the step you took.
- Include why this step is meaningful to you.
Example: "My Tiny Triumph: Today, I spent 15 minutes journaling about my anxieties. It felt hard at first, but I'm proud of myself for facing them."
Let's create a supportive space where we acknowledge and celebrate our progress, no matter how small. I can't wait to hear about your tiny triumphs and celebrate them with you. Let's encourage each other with our progress. ✨✨✨✨✨

My tiny triumph was when I had only plans to wash the dishes but ended up cleaning the stove, countertops and microwave and started sweeping! I did more than I expected too xD I was proud of myself!
@Priscella
Omg, you're on a cleaning STREAK! That's amazing, and I bet you felt so good after when you had a clean kitchen! Good job! 👏
That sounds like a great triumph @Priscella ! 🤗🤗
@Priscella that's awsome, you should be very proud of yourself 💖
I got my third lab assignment completed. Nothing extremely difficult, just lengthy. Waiting for it to load to see why it says only 94% complete when I have no more tasks to do (I think something didn't save right). Now I have seven left to do...
Well done for completing your lab assignment @Enthenia!!! 🤗🤗🤗
@Lou73 thanks!
@Enthenia you work so hard, bless you 💗💗
@Tinywhisper11 sometimes I feel guilty when I waste time because I'm so used to being busy.
@Enthenia awesome work!!! You got through a lengthy assignment. I totally get that how frustrating it can be when things don't save correctly. Your every step is counting. Keep sharing your tiny triumphs and celebrate them with us.
@ASilentObserver Thanks! I'm 90% done with the next lab. One part took me awhile because I didn't realize until after I had followed the instructions at least three times that I had the directory spelled wrong so the folders I had attached by another method weren't showing up. Once I fixed that, they appeared.
@ASilentObserver
my tiny triumph for today was to take care of my mental, physical and spiritual wellness
mental - i took my vitamins and supplements and had a cup of coffee
physical - i did some exercise and practiced some martial arts
spiritual - i did some breathing exercises to focus on my inner and outer self
Good job @NewYorker11!! self-care in multiple areas of your life, well done!! 🤗🤗🤗
@Lou73
@Lou73 thanks very much for your words of encouragement!
@ASilentObserver I started to face some difficult things that I have faced growing up, I always ran from them and shut down the conversations but I recently learnt that they are shaping how I see myself, and how I let others treat me and in a negative way, so even though it will be a long process, I am starting the process towards healing and letting myself choose happiness!
Letting yourself choose happiness can definitely be difficult @Amanda84 but it's a brilliant first step and a perfect tiny triumph, well done! 🤗🤗
@Lou73 ah thank you so much, I appreciate your kindness :)
@Amanda84 that's awsome💖💖 you can do this 💗 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗
@Tinywhisper11 thank you!
Today I applied for two jobs! ✨
Well done @Cuddlysaurus!!! I hope you hear back with positive results soon!! 🍀🍀🤗
@Cuddlysaurus good luck sweetie 💗💗
@ASilentObserver I have found peace with who I am and love myself. I'm proud being bisexual and a furry.❤️❤️❤️
@Rebeccabanana woohoo! Well done sweetie 💗💗 I love you too 💗
@ASilentObserver
When I come on 7 Cups, I spend at least 1 hour helping Cups in the Sharing Circle, as a 'host' and 'support' to my fellow members,
I kept going after a recent crash, building slowly back up, kept walking (daily steps went down to 3000 then 4000 then 6000 then 9000 now back up over 11k/day) and adding pt exercises as I could (6% of my exercises the fires few days, then 12% 16% 26% 38% 56% 66% 89% and now I'm at 90% of my daily exercises. Only doing 5 reps each, which isn't even 1/5 of what I was doing before.) I'm glad about my progress. Slowly getting back to where I was and still mindful of my baseline and where I am now. Can't go from where I "was" but where I "am".
@ASilentObserver
My tiny triumphs today were to get outside and brush the dog.
I also did some language homework.
@ASilentObserver Yesterday I woke up with an OCD hijack going on. I also got only 6.5hrs of restless sleep. When that happens it means I haven't done any art during the day. So despite my mind wanting to repeatedly sound alarms and bomb me with intrusive thoughts , keeping me stressed, I said " yeah, yeah, too much stress, overthinking like usual, too much complaining instead of praising, too much work and no play" sat down and forced myself to start. Always difficult at first but once the focus becomes clear things just flow and my mind clears the cache. Just starting is 97.5% of the battle in my opinion.
