Hi again everyone! Here’s our latest achievements for the Always Here - Support Room 24/7 project. 

This month has been a huge success! We recruited a Project Agent @KaylaBella who has helped with the recruitment of new team members. We’ve also successfully onboarded 6 new awesome team members. Please find stats of all their amazing work below, you all are truly appreciated. 

Cheers will be awarded in the next day or so. Great job everyone! And remember, if you’d like to join our mission of having Support Room 24/7 as a better place each day for getting quality help and someone to listen, please consider applying here to be rewarded and recognised, and encourage more to join in.

Hey everyone! Please find our latest achievements for the Always Here Support Room 24/7 project below!

This month has been wonderful for the team. In summary, we have introduced a new in-depth training course for all of our supporters, and the feedback on that has highlighted its thankful helpfulness. We have also fully onboarded 3 new supporters, with several more in progress. 

Furthermore, one supporter @galfromaway has received a positive compliment from @CommunityModAnne which reads "Gal is very supportive and a great energy in the support room. They were very inclusive and warm, as always. They also directed a user who required extra support to listeners. I fully support them in this role". I'm sure your well-deserved kind words are super appreciated by our amazing host! 

To help keep our team feeling appreciated and supported within their role, I will be checking in with each of you in 1-1 PMs on a monthly basis from now on. I really hope that can keep you motivated, healthy and empowered. As always, there will be no pressure to respond, but it would be helpful.

Hello again everybody! Apologies on this post being a bit late, but I'm glad to finally do it now. Please find below details of the support provided as part of our project within the Support Room 24/7 throughout April. 

@ZenArashi gave 19 hours of their time supporting others and will be awarded 1900 growth points

@SweetSunset92 gave 14.54 hours of their time helping out and will be awarded 1454 cheers

@stormieandpaws helped out for 11.5 hours and will be awarded 1150 growth points 

@AGentleGlow supported in the room for 10.45 hours and will be awarded 1045 cheers 

@Ivy229 helped for 5 hours and will be awarded 500 cheers

@galfromaway supported others in the room for 3.5 hours and will be awarded 350 growth points

@InsightfulPhoenix helped out for 2 hours and will be awarded 200 cheers

@Boon4U helped out for 0.5 hours and will be awarded 50 cheers
