What is a habit that you wish you started when you were younger that you think has made you happier and healthier?

Avoid over buying stuff, purchase mindfully.

Own less, choose better, live lighter - is the mantra 😊

This one took me awhile to think about, probably because my parents never truly took the time to teach me how to process my emotions in a healthy way. I wish I would’ve learned and practiced healthy detachment while growing up, I feel like it would have stopped me from developing codependency later in life, and helped me have more awareness of which friendships were actually bad for me; as well as the ability to remove at replace those unhealthy relationships as needed.

@KnockOutClock say no to people 😅

Not trying to make everyone else happier, and focusing on my own happiness. (People pleasing) Also knowing that not everyone is gona like you, so just being yourself is enough. Go out with confidence being who youtruly are, and not caring if people like it or not. ❤️

Exercising every day. I really wish I had taken up the habit sooner, especially around COVID when I was just sitting around and didn't really prioritize my physical health as much as I should have. Working out every day and making sure I move my body, whether that's walking, doing Pilates, biking, or playing pickleball, has significantly improved my mental health by keeping my blood pumping, increasing the release of endorphins, the "feel-good" neurotransmitter, and has also helped tremendously with reducing my anxiety. I would definitely recommend exercise, both as a way to keep yourself in shape, and also to take care of your mental health!! You don't need to lose or gain weight in order to exercise! It's important for everyone. :)

Working out and meditating. Now I don't feel like doing it and I always feel so tired. Wish I could do it more often and actually enjoy it.
