@peachThinker662 here's what works for me
Having a warm bedtime drink, usually herbal tea, about an hour before going to bed.
I don't pressure myself to going to bed at a certain time, just when I feel my body starting to feel sleepy.
I take my meds, maybe with a small snack, and always clean my teeth.
I use an app called Get sleepy on Spotify. I know they say you shouldn't use your phones but this app is the only way I know I can shut out the mind noise.
I listen to the stories and fall asleep. Sometimes I wake and it is still on, but sometimes I switch it off myself and go back to sleeeeeeeeeep...
Hope these suggestions help...
Heyy! By the way I am having troubles sleeping also. I hope we find solutions both 🌉😴. Have a good 💤!
Wait till you get older. Then you'll fall asleep easy but have a hard time waking up.
Reading, watching TV, listening to music & practicing Nichiren Buddhism & staying away from online & phone. Warm Regards, Sonam
It is recommended to sleep between 10 pm and 4 am, with an extra hours before or after, to help maintain the body’s natural sleep cycle.
And as for sleep, less screen time before bed...try mindfulness meditation to clear your thoughts.
Try to set fixed timing for sleep
There are many other minor changes that you can do for your convenience, just listen to your body and its needs
Hey there. I like to get my skincare done before bed. I usually read a bit before bed and keep my phone aside. I then pray. It has helped me to some extent.
@peachThinker662
Reading before bed, not using your screens 30 mins before bed, talking to a family or close friend.

love listening to a video of rain/storms and a crackling fire on youtube before bed... so soothing🔥🌧️
