**How has your week been?
My week has been okay 😊
**How do you feel the month of March went for you overall?
My month wasn’t the best, I felt pretty low. But I’m looking towards a better month this month 😊
**This is the FIRST Check-in for APRIL~ What are you looking forwards to this month?
becoming an oldie! Than I can legally be a dinosaur 🦕 I need my dinosaur License! 🐒
**What is ONE goal you'd like to create or pursue for yourself in April?
To smile and laugh more 😀
**What were your "Highlights Or Struggles" this past week?... How were you able to work through your challenges?!
Highlights - I did an interview for a new project 😊 and my interview was the first in the magazine and it even had an image of my pet in it 🥺🥺🥺 *heart melts*. And @AveryLove I found something this week! 😀 also, the skittish dog is over for a sleepover again, and that dog came to me last night 🥺🥺🥺 and it talks to me now. I also found a new coping mechanism 😊 watching funny shows is probably what I need noting dancing makes me in a more worse mood these days.
Struggles - same same, same problems different days.
**What would "YOU" Like to talk about or share with us this week?! WE want to hear from YOU!

smiling and laughing more is a lovely goal for april. can you think of some ways, some things you can do to smile and laugh more?
and heyyyy so happy to hear the interview went well and that it had an image of your pet in it!! that is so cool i can imagine. and yay for finding new coping methods if theyre healthy and make you feel good!! as well as watching funny movies for a little laughter. what did you find this week? :O
thank you so much for checking in with us ❤️
@AveryLove
hehehe I love this new tradition XD and yes these are healthy coping mechanisms 😮
@emotionalTalker2260
Awww, I love that about the dogs. Good that you're noting shifts in what is and isn't working for you. Funny shows definitely help me too. I like to watch Would I Lie To You and Gamechangers on Youtube. I was watching Peaky Blinders on netflix, but obviously that's not very lighthearted. And thank you for the message at the end!
@PoliteOcean Well I have been seeing the doctors and changed my diet as per the doctor's order. I am on a cholesterol and fat restricted diet
@PoliteOcean
**How has your week been?
It was okay.
**How do you feel the month of March went for you overall?
It was my birthday last week, so it went okay.
**This is the FIRST Check-in for APRIL~ What are you looking forwards to this month?
Easter
**What is ONE goal you'd like to create or pursue for yourself in April?
Walk more - if I’m physically able.
Happy belated birthday!
@HopieRemi
Thank you
@UberRuminator hi there. happy belated birthday from me as well. easter is something great to look forward to - any specific plans so far? 😊
@AveryLove
Thanks.
I live alone, so no Easter plans.
@UberRuminator Happy belated birthday! What are your Easter traditions?
@OpenWindow
Thanks.
There are certain ethnic foods I usually have for Easter. I’ll get some if I can find them at the local bakery.
@PoliteOcean Here's how the past week went. Monday I went grocery shopping and also for a walk. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday I went for a walk also. I finally got a hold of my doctor to make an appointment to review my blood test results. The appointment is for Wednesday April 13th. I hosted the sharing circle several times and I listen to worship music before going to bed. I'm studying the book of II Samuel for my devotional life. For this upcoming week, Monday I'm going grocery shopping and also for a walk, and then Tuesday I have EMDR. Then Wednesday I'm going for a walk, and hopefully on Friday I can make it to the chiropractor. I waste a lot of time thinking about absolutely nothing.
@Regmo
Hey Regmo seems like you are doing a good job continuing to keep up with everything in your life (appt's, walks, therapy, hosting sharing circles, and your devotionals)....And keeping up with your worship music before bed. Thats good you got an appt to review your blood test results, and that you will be able to make it to the chiropractor. How is EMDR therapy going for you. Be interested in knowing more about what you actually feel you are getting out of it. As there are those who are interested in what it has to offer or if you're finding it beneficial. You're the only one I know that is actually doing it. Thanks for checking in this week and keeping everyone up to date.
@Regmo
Hi Regmo! I am glad to hear you're working on your health in different areas, seems like physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I hope the appointments go well. Have a good week!
**How has your week been?
**How do you feel the month of March went for you overall?
**This is the FIRST Check-in for APRIL~ What are you looking forwards to this month?
Starting fysiotherapy
**What is ONE goal you'd like to create or pursue for yourself in April?
I have an intake at fysiotherapy next week, so the fysiotherapy goals
Also I am meeting occupational physician today, so the work reintegration goals
**What were your "Highlights Or Struggles" this past week?... How were you able to work through your challenges?!
Struggles - I had Covid a bit ago and have not recovered. I went to the GP and he told me it is mainly stamina and referred me to the fysiotherapy. So I feel safe pushing it a bit more. I managed to take a walk for 15min without breaks and although it made me very tired, it didn't make me more ill. It gave me hope, that I can start to grow from here.
**What would "YOU" Like to talk about or share with us this week?! WE want to hear from YOU!
I am glad that this is the first week in which I have a comfortable baseline. I can bounce back quicker from short activities.
@OpenWindow hi window!
starting physiotheraphy is an amazing step and definitely something to look forward to. i hope all goes well with that ❤️
i am very sorry to hear about your infection with covid. i really hope you are doing ok, and have some things that can ease the symptoms sometime soon. taking little steps such as a 15 minute walk is an awesome way to regain strength slowly without stressing your body. i can relate that one might feel impatient to take these many, smaller steps but in the end it will pay off!
thank you for sharing 😊
