**This week started off as usual... I was feeling like a needed more rest physcially and mentally, so While I usually start my Sunday by doing a Zumba Toning class, I decided Not to go this past week. We had our Dance Studios "Zumba-Thon" the day before (On Saturday) and I was up early for that and Danced away for TWO Hours. (In addition to all the other classes of my own that I did over the days leading up to it)..... I ended up getting in over 11,000 steps and burning 1,000 calories in just that Two hours!.... I was pretty much "done and spent" by the time I left there and went home. So I decided against doing "Anything" at all come Sunday...~ But it all went well, and I did see some "New" faces in our Studio this week (as well as Another in my Zumba class) due to that event! So hopefully we will continue to see more come as well or at least keep those ones coming!

**I did manage to stay on track with everything (Food/activity)..., and while I believe for at least "half" the week I was "ok" with my sleep, for Some reason my Fitness tracker was being "temperamental"!?angry....and didn't track it right. It showed "gaps" of time missing, and showed me laying down later than I actually did, so Now I have a "false" estimate of my sleep for those days as well as the week. I think I actually "monitor" my Sleep more than anything else when it comes to my tracker so it was disappointing to have that happened. It must've been sitting on my wrist in a weird way while I slept to not track right?~

**The weather this past week, (up until today anyway)... was BEAUTIFUL!..cool.... I was able to walk with my dog at the lake "several" days this past week. It felt like SPRING-time had finally arrived~ But, it was nice while it lasted, since today it turned much chillier again by about 30 degrees!?! From 80'F to about 45-50-ish?.... Just crazy~ indecision

**Today is my FREE day, and I don't have much of anything planned except to take it easy and rest my body.... My muscles and such haven't been cooperating with me recently, and my body is speaking to me. So, NO events, NO classes today.. "Maybe" an errand or two and not much else.~.... Nothing much planned for Valentines Day next week, (with it falling on a "weekday" , it limits options for my husband and I)~

ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND~yes

Another busy week but pretty much staying on track. Still trying to stay on track with calories. Could be doing better. Only 40 days until spring. Looking forward to warmer weather. Spring, summer and fall are my favorite months. Winter has not be too bad since we have not have any snow. Have been able to get outdoors everyday for exercise. Decided to take on some paint projects around the house. Good time of year to work indoors. Still eating healthy, but have to watch the carbohydrates. Valentines day, maybe out for a nice lunch looking out on the ocean. In the winter is very peaceful. I am not big on going out to dinner since the portions are too large and prefer lunch. Overall things have been going well. You did mention having issues sleep tracking with fitbit. I have heard other people having similar problems after one year. Not sure of the solution. Enjoy your weekend.

This week was very stressful, as I hit some major obstacles in trying to get a job in my field. But, by the end of it, I secured an interview, an orientation, and an interview for grad school!

I also made some positive food choices this week. Rather than relying on snack food, I bought a rotisserie chicken and made several meals with it throughout the week! I'm so proud! Normally, I don't have the energy or desire to cook.

This weekend, I cleaned the house, then got to see some former students perform. Tomorrow, I am looking forward to relaxing!

I'd been trying to relax since I've had a very stressful January and part of that was not weighing myself to avoid being stressed out, but I've been binge eating a lot, and hiding it from my partner, and even in their presence binge eating even more, so while it felt good to eat without restraint, it definitely did not feel good to weigh in for the first time in nearly a month this week to realize I'd gained 11 lbs. It made my first week on a new meal plan with a new coach very difficult because I was almost having like withdrawal symptoms alongside my cravings, and I, admittedly, indulged more than once because it was just too strong.

This last week, I didn't do much. Thw frozen water line was figured out and have easy access and have a temp solution now, will fix it up better once it's warmer.

I ended up pretty sick one day, so cancelled on the gym. Lymph node has been on and off this week, fatigue has been quite bad. Today I woke up early not feeling well, napped later in the morning, did get out for a bank appointment, he picked up a few things/returned something while I just hung out in the vehicle letting it stay warm and even then he didn't pick up some things as I wasn't feeling well, came back home and napped, hubby woke me up for dinner, I think I'm going to bed early, I would be in bed now but meds took priority and I have my berinert sitting here waiting for me to get up off the couch. All week I really felt like small things were a struggle to complete, I just didn't have the energy.

Hopefully this week I can manage the gym again.

We do recognize valentine's day, although don't make a big deal out of it. I do want to pick up some candy or something for my nephews, I'll see if I can drag myself out. My sister's birthday is coming up soon, so I hope we can get together next week for all of that.
