**This past week has gone fairly well... I managed to get back on board to get back to where I was before. My head was in the game better this past week for what seems like the first time in a long time since Covid.... I managed to stay on track with everything the entire week. Only a few minor stressors, but I didn't let it derail my efforts. And I stayed on the plan that I set for myself.

**I feel like my "former" employer (if thats what you want to call them since I am an independant), who's studio I taught in, I feel like is trying to derail my efforts at teaching "outdoors" based on some 'posts and comments' that someone had sent to me from the Studios social media page. It was rather unsettling, but I had to fight back through my own Social Media post as well.. ... I feel like I have to work or put in more effort to maintain and sustain what I'm trying to do with those students who are hanging in there with me during this time. I Can only continue to hold on to some Faith that I'll continue to be guided forward in my efforts with this and with them.

**Today is a beautiful day so far, but it supposed to rain this afternoon so they say.... I managed to finish everything early lastnight and lay down at a decent time. Which allowed me to get up early and get a live ZOOM Zumba workout in with another Instructor friend of mine. Mainly just trying to relax today. Might get out in the pool for a bit, but I'm sure the water feels like "bathwater' because its been so hot here. Then hopefully later on try to work on some choreo and songs for my classes next week.~

ENJOY THE WEEKEND~ yes

Hello PoliteOcean. Seems like you are in control again. It's curious that now measuring things "before" and "after" Covid will be part or everyday reality. You said you were back in track for the entire week. You'll stay in track for the future.

Don't worry too much about your former "employer" intentions. Some people can't stand a good and strong competitor (That's what you are now) you are much better than that. Keep on doing what you know best and find new ways to shine.

Good luck this week. See you soon.

@PoliteOcean This past week I had a psychological therapy appointment to help me get over my toxic family. Wednesday my caretaker Jerome took me out for a walk in the park. Friday he was supposed to take me out again, but forgot to show up, so that's why I terminated him. It's not the first time I had to remind him to do things. He drives a pretty nice car for someone who is irresponsible. How does he feed his children? It threw me off for the entire day. Another loser wasted another day of my life. Thursday I had a telephone appointment with my psychiatrist. They are going to prescribe an alpha-blocker for me. Thursday my nurse came over to clean my wound. It's fine, it's just taking a really long time to heal. I'm taking a course on the Vikings. I'm also studying the book of I Samuel.

Hey Regmo!.. Thats good that you are continuing to seek support for dealing with your family issues. Its sad when you can't just have a family that supports you and gets along. My family used to get along and do things together many years ago as I was growing up, but seems like now, many barely speak with one another. Its so crazy...... and Wow.. I cannot believe that you had to go through yet another caregiver!?!...This is ridiculous. I don't understand why people take on these types of jobs when they aren't able to do them properly. Being a caregiver can be so rewarding. And takes a really kindhearted person with alot of patience. I'm not sure if your caregivers are coming from an agency? You would think the agency would have a very strict screening process on these people. Its sad that it might just come down to getting people in and out the door to work for financial gain. I hope thats not the case and that they really do feel they are getting a valuable employee. I just don't understand it. Sorry that happened again. Hopfully one day, it will finally work out for you to the help that you deserve. Hopefully your wound will start healing soon. I know they can take a while depending on location. But as long as its being well taken care of properly, it will heal. How cool on the Viking course and studying the book of Samuel. Sounds like you are doing a great job of keeping yourself busy and doing things you enjoy! Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for checking in this week and letting us know how you've been doing!

Hey there!...

Sorry to hear that work has been so overwhelming for you. Hopefully things will calm down for you a bit. But glad to hear that you are doing ok! I hope that you get some time to take on the things that you want by being able to get more cleaning done. I can totally relate to that. There so many little things I want to do around the house and can't seem to make time for it. How cool for time with the boyfriend and for new products in the mail!.. I always love getting new things in the mail. Its so exciting and gives us something to look forward to!... **Hey Everyone~Tell me how you've been doing this past week?! What has been going on in your world?!

Nothing much has been going on in my little world. This past week was a little tiring.

**This is our LAST Check-in for the Month of July already!.. Its so hard to believe how fast this month has gone. How do you feel this past month has gone for you "Over-all"? What was the best thing that happened to you so far this month? What would you like to see yourself accomplish in this last week ahead?

Overall I can say there have been some downs but more ups so I will say it has been okay. The best thing that happened to me this month is that I have achieved more than 25% of the goals I set out this month. This is a big plus for me because before it has always been below 25%. Being happy throughout.

**Tell me about your feelings today.. In this moment, how are you feeling? How are your feelings in this moment a reflection on your overall wellbeing? Mentally? Physically? Emotionally?

Feeling bad, I am a little sick. Mentally draining because I have to concentrate on making myself feel better rather on my usual day-to-day activities. Physically worn out. Emotionally drained

**What are you looking forward to in the week ahead as we end another month? What are your weekend plans?

Getting better honestly. Weekend plans to just chill.

**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" over this past week?

None that I can remember for now. But I would say my highlight is being alive.

**What would "YOU" like to talk about or share with us This Week?! WE want to hear from "YOU"~ yes

You are special.

@theheartproject

Hey there~

Thats great to hear for you for that the most part , despite the past week being tiring for you, that its still overall has been ok. And that theres been more ups than downs! Thats always a good deal.

I think thats really amazing that you've reached 25% of the goals that you set for yourself the past month! Thats pretty awesome. Great work!

Sorry to hear that despite your "gains" for yourself, that you were finding yourself feeling mentally/emotionally drained and physially worn out due to not feeling well.. The important thing is to just allow yourself some healing time to recouperate. To try not to spend too much time focusing on getting better, but rather allowing it naturally... And just try to get as much rest as you can physcially, mentally and emotionally. Hopefully this week finds you feeling much better.

I hope that the weekend found you relaxing and getting the rest that you so very much needed!.. And I love the fact that your "highlight" is "LIFE"! And being thankful for it. Great answer. ... And never forget, that YOU are special as well. Please take care of yourself and thank you so much for finding the energy to check in with us and letting us know how you are doing!

This week I have been feeling a lot of ups and downs, other than that I have been okay.

I tried getting in a romantic relationship and has to realize that it was not for me at this time.

July has been okay but not really productive towards my goals.

I learned some new things about myself and have begun getting past some affects of past trauma.

This week I would like to get my diet and health schedule stabilized along with working on my addictions and exercise.

In this moment I am feeling emotionally detatched.

This week I am looking forward to spending time with my family.

no real plans for the weekend.

Struggles were complications from personality disorder.

Hey there~

Its good that despite the fact that you had a lot of ups and downs over the week, that overall you've been okay! ...

Its good that you were able to realize that the relationship presented to you was something that in the end was not for you at all....Many people sometimes ignore that fact just for the sake of having a relationship in their lives and not wanting to be alone. So its good that you were able to realize that this one was not for you at this time.

Congrats to you on learning new things about yourself and getting past affects of your trauma. That can take alot of work sometimes. That is awesome for you!

Its great for you that you were looking forward to time with family. Sometimes thats all we need to feel better in the moment is to be around others who are good for us and put us in a happy place. I hope that is all you are looking forward to it being! Thank you so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things are going for you!

Hello!

How do you feel this past month has gone for you "Over-all"?

I feel as though I have had more anxiety. That hasn't been great and honestly, I haven't managed it very well but I pushed through.

What was the best thing that happened to you so far this month?

The best thing that happened to me was when I muscled up the courage to ask my mom to sign me up for therapy again. Since quarantine, she hasn't been able to contact the therapist but there was nothing to be afraid of because she didn't think anything of it.

What would you like to see yourself accomplish in this last week ahead?

This following week I get to attend my first therapy session. it's probably not going to be a therapy therapy session but just an overall discussion of rules and things but it is the first step.

**Tell me about your feelings today.. In this moment, how are you feeling? How are your feelings in this moment a reflection on your overall wellbeing? Mentally? Physically? Emotionally?

Right now I'm not feeling too great. I took a nap too late so I feel a bit funky. Plus, my cousin is currently over and normally it is great fun but the longer she is over the more her and my younger brother just pick and make fun of me (and my other brother) so I have just chosen to ignore them. I'm done trying to get along with them. I say a couple of weird things and they are on my back and making fun of me.

**What are you looking forward to in the week ahead as we end another month? What are your weekend plans?

Next week we are house-sitting for my mom's friend and I'm hoping to do some individual things. I've been living in my grandparent's house for a year and just a change of space for a couple of days will be nice. Then we are going to my cousin's graduation.

**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" over this past week?

A big struggle this week and maybe a half is that my best friend is ignoring getting together for a day with me and I need to find my tablet to be able to talk with her but who knows if I will be able to work up the courage.

**What would "YOU" like to talk about or share with us This Week?! WE want to hear from "YOU"

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU NEED THERAPY TALK TO SOMEONE BECAUSE I'M SO EXCITED AND EVEN IF YOU DON'T THINK YOU NEED THERAPY, EVERY PERSON SHOULD TRY IT AT SOME POINT!

Much love!

@SoftHufflepuff

Hey there!

So sorry to hear that you are having more anxiety.. I know firsthand how challenging that can be. I'm so glad to hear that you've been able to push through. I think its totally awesome that you were able to find the courage in yourself to talk to your mom to sign you up for therapy again! Thats amazing. And good for you for being able to know what you need and wanting to work towards that.

I'm sorry to hear that you were having issues with your cousin and siblings.... I'm sure that can be difficult to deal with. I can understand you wanting to ignore the situation . Hopefully that isn't something that continues to happen. But, while you are in therapy, perhaps you can talk about that, and get some suggestions on how you can help yourself if those situations arise with them again!

How nice you will be housesitting.. I know sometimes its just the "little" things we can look forward to. And you're right, the change of pace and scenery can be a good thing!

I hope that you are able to get things sorted out with your friend. And that you are able to meet up and get together for a day... Friendships can be so tricky sometimes... It would be nice if relationships went more smoothly for us.

Once again, I'm so happy for you that you are able to get into therapy and that you are looking forward to it! Good luck with everything! And thank you so much for checking in and keeping us up to date on things! Let us know how things are going for you!

The month has been a rollercoaster like all months this year for me. I'm so tired but little good quality sleep. Getting and staying hydrated is hard. I really dont like food or liquids anymore but don't want a feeding tube & I have low blood pressure for months though I dont feel effects of. I cleaned some of my room yesterday but I am just laying in bed today I think. I'm sorry I can't be more positive here today. Cleaning my room is all I've got

@Lexloveslife

Hey there Lex!...

It has surely been a bumpy start to the year for many.... This year has been quite different for alot of us in so many ways. And alot of the current situations going on around us surely can put us in a difficult place and have challenging effects on our mindframes. I can relate and I think many of us can relate on things being a bit of a rollercoaster lately.....

I think its amazing that despite all the feelings you have going on right now in your life, that you were able to find the time and energy to do focus on and do something positive! Cleaning your room and the space around you can actually be a really great start. Sometimes just making the space around us more "orderly" and in place, can have a great affect on our mental space and thoughts. And help our overall wellbeing. That is something to be proud of yourself for doing! Perhaps even just adding maybe 'one' thing a day , can help you have better control on the negative that slips in. Thank you so much for checking in this week. We are here for you. Whether you feel its positive or not, we are here to listen. Thats what this check-in is for. We just want you to touch base with us and let us know how you are doing. Not everyday will be 100% and thats okay. We just have to take steps towards not staying in those negative places.. and every little step matters.

How have you been doing in the past week? What has been going on in your world?

So one of the roommates, Ted, moved out and needed his table that the TV and my console and other things were on, so its meant rearranging a lot of stuff. On the plus side, it freed up some space downstairs, so I was able to purchase a mini-fridge for my food and freezer items. Unfortunately that miffed my sister who I am staying with something fierce, but it came a day early and she was gracious enough to help me get it moved downstairs. Because I got a notification that the fridge was delivered early, I picked up some fruit on the way home from work. I also now have cold soda 😉

This is our LAST Check-in for the Month of July already. How has the month gone for you overall? What was the best thing that happened to you so far this month? What would you like to see yourself accomplish In the last week ahead?

I think its gone pretty well. I didnt want to check in last week though because I was reducing my caffeine and the headache and feeling ‘off even the days I didnt have a headache had me seriously questioning my work ability. Today I feel loads better though and I was able to get through an entire day without physically dragging.

I think the best thing this month was the fridge. It is going to be so handy and it is supposed to be energy efficient and only cost around $35 to operate over a year. I get food assistance through the end of this month and I need a place to put things. I have my cherries and cherry plums in the refrigerator already and its already cold in the fridge and the freezer, which holds my frozen berries and frozen meals.

In the last week ahead I need to do some training modules at work. I also need to do something so the sitting room is usable again as its totally chaotic down here right now.

Tell me about your feelings today. In this moment, how are you feeling? How are your feelings in this moment a reflection on your overall wellbeing? Mentally? Physically? Emotionally?

I am feeling content and energized. The latter is actually not a good thing right now because its past the time range I like to go to bed in. My wellbeing is good.. mentally Im in a good place, physically Ive started doing cardio on a regular basis and am feeling better that way too.. Today I had over 10,000 steps in. Emotionally I feel good. Ive also started reading Ruth in the NETS translation of the Septuagint.

What are you looking forward to in the week ahead as we end another month? What are your weekend plans?

Im looking forward to being more productive and functional. To cleaning the sitting room and buying a bouquet of flowers for on top of the fridge. I dont know what my weekend plans are. Im looking forward to having the space be beautiful again.

What have been your highlights or struggles over this past week?

My struggles have been getting off the caffeine ……… again… A friend that has exhausted all my suggestions and knowledge and and who wants to be saved from herself by some outside force.. She hasnt talked to me in 4 days. Last week was tough getting through the day and getting the job done.

My highlights have been…. Getting a piece of art from an online friend who does it as his business. Arranging a photo to put on his company webpage. Getting the fridge. Realizing that my sister isnt happy about the fridge, but she still loves me and has forgiven me to a large extent. Im gong to need to arrange help whenever I move though because the fridge is too heavy for me to move by myself. Oh and getting more actual pajamas from Walmart. Soft, comfy.. and tonight at least.. taking a second shower with a Black Chammomile aromatherapy shower gel from Bath and Body works

HEALTHY LIVING

It should not be a surprise how changes to our state of living could drastically improve our life, our mind, body and soul. Consistency is key in healthy living, and though there is no one size fits all as we are all different, please share any tips that you believe could help others.

Hi there..

Yes, that is very true.. Healthy Living is not a once size fits all... As well, Healthy Living is about our whole "Over-all" wellbeing. Body and mind. Physically mentally & emotionally. It all goes together. And its about working on them together as a "Whole" . And yes, consistency is Key.

I'm happy to hear that you were able to visit your best friend! It's awesoem that there is someone by your side who is able to support you during these strange times.

And how exciting, you and your boyfriend are moving to a new place! I wish you two the best of luck!
