**ANY & ALL "NEWBIES" ARE WELCOME TO SHARE!!**
**This week started off a little stressful, though I had several "follow-up" appointments that I considered to go quite well....and for the past few days things are starting to feel a little more normal, and I'm finally starting to feel a little better physically (which in turn helps me to feel better mentally and emotionally).... Its challenging when we get what I call "side-lined" from our normal routines.. And I'm not the most patient person. So prayerfully I am getting back on the right track again. I've been doing really well with sleep because of the meds that I was taking, but of course, Activity and eating well, was off-track for a bit.....So will now work towards getting back on track again with both of those things.
**I'm glad its a new month and that we are making our way out of the "Winter" season as Spring-time will soon be fast approaching here in a few weeks~ I am ready for "Daylight Savings Time" with LONGER days of daylight, and more sunshine and warmth~
.....We had a few days of sun this past week but now we are back to some mild rainy days again... This time of year is always up and down with our weather. My goals for this new month are to get back on track again with my activity and food, since I had kind of got derailed with both. And I am considering doing a "detox" of some sort to help give me a "Kick-start" to the new month and new season ahead?~ Will look further into that option and see how that goes.
**Today is my FREE DAY, although I feel like I've had alot of those over the past 2 weeks... Today is supposed to be our Bi-Monthly POUND Fitness event at the warehouse (first one for March) and I won't be able to go because I'm still recouperating.. I could probably go and just moderate my moves, but I don't want to set myself back, so I'm just going to Chill and continue to take it easy while working to get better and stronger again.~...... But, This weekend is BOTH my Mom's AND my Son's Birthdays!..... AND also my husband who got his Real Estate license recently, just officially SOLD his FIRST home yesterday!... So its going to be a weekend celebration of sorts combining and celebrating all these things!
.... I imagine I will be off-track in some way again Because of that, but I am serious about detoxing and getting back to being able to do the things I love to do and enjoy which our my fitness classes~... Self-Care and Saying "NO" to things are so very important. We really got to realize when or "If" we are doing too much and/or taking on too much..We may not think that we are until we really have "Time" on our hands to evaluate things!..... and I really had time to think over that lately during my little set-back. But "COME-BACKS" are Stronger!
ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND EVERYONE~![]()
@PoliteOcean Hi there Ocean, it's so nice to see you again in check-ins~
Oooh--this week seems stressful for your body and mind, sorry that it has been like that! :( It's great to hear though that you're slowly getting back on track with your sleep, and your appointments. I wish that your other aspects in your everyday life will be okay, soon. Eating right and sleeping well, as well as physical activity is important for healthy mind and body! <3
Glad to hear that a new season is coming in for you! Where I am it's mostly sunny and rainy, or just a combination of both so I can't really relate to "winter blues". But I heard spring is great! Longer time for sunshine means longer time for activities like exercising, socializing, and even trying out new hobbies, so that sounds awesome! I am hoping a fruitful March for you. <3
This week seems like a lot of celebrations for you, happy birthday to your mom and your son! And congratulations to your husband, well done!!! I am rooting for you and your planned detox activities, I am sure that you've been dreading to get one and do some to get back on your track and to feel okay again.
Take care, Ocean xx
**How have you all been doing this past week?!
eventful but okay! it started off pretty rough because i was visiting my soon-to-be new home and had to take a look at the new schools etc. But after that, the weekend is going great so far!! Even though i only have one month left, my boyfriend and i want to try having a long-distance-relationship.
**This is our FIRST Check-in for the Month of MARCH!~ What ideas, plans or goals do you have for yourself this month?
enjoying my last month in my city with my loved ones
and of course getting ready to move at the end of march!
**What are you looking forward to the MOST in this new month ahead?!
i do am looking forward to meet new people and to hopefully get better grades at my new school. Also, i am trying to convince my parents to get us a dog in the new home!
**What things have you done this past week to take care of Your Physical, Emotional, and Mental Health?! How often do you take time for SelfCare each week? How important do you feel that should be in maintaining a healthy life for yourself?
I have tried to eat food that makes me feel happy and have stood up for myself when needed and taken a break and not being mad at myself for doing mistakes.
**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" this past week?
Struggles: New School visiting, telling my friends i am going to move away.
Highlight: Finally got into a relationship with the boy i really like (happened like 5 hours ago xD)
@AveryLove Hi there Avery, what a lovely name you have, and it's so nice to see you here! <3
I see that there will be lots of changes coming in to your life, new place, new school, and new relationship aspect, I hope that you find the strength in you to be right on track even after all of these happening. I am rooting for you! Enjoy your last month with friends and family, and I hope that your transfer will be very fruitful. <3
Ooooh, I hope you get good grades, too! And yes, meeting new people is a good experience. New experiences teaches us new lessons in life. And I seriously wish that you do get a dog, getting a family dog is nice. <3
It seems that you've done lots of good things for yourself for the past days, so, good job! I hope that this continues throughout the month of March!
(Goodluck with your very new relationship, too! :P)
Take care, Avery xx
@BunnieLuv thanks bunny for your kind & supportive response!
hope you have a wonderful weekend
@AveryLove
Sounds like you have still been very busy getting ready for your new move! Its great that you are prepared and looking forward to the move itself and forming new friendships and making better grades. Thats a very positive focus for yourself.
Good luck to you on convincing your parents to get you a dog! That would be really nice! What kind of dog are you hoping for them to get you? Do you want a particular breed? Boy or Girl? .... What would you name it if you got one? Do you think you will have the time to put in taking care of the dog while getting settled into a new place and atmosphere?!....... They are certainly alot of repsonsibility but really worth ALL of the love and comfort that they give for sure!... I'm so happy I made the choice to get one a few years ago. Let us know how all of that goes and if you end up getting a new "Fur-baby"!
Good for you for continuing to try and eat healthy (while being so busy preparing for your move) as well as taking it easy on yourself and taking breaks. Thats important that we stand up for ourselves as well as being "Kind" to ourselves too.
One question I have is that you stated that you stated you and your boyfriend were "trying to have a long-distance relationship"..... and also that you "Got into a relationship with the boy you really like"?? I'm a little confused there on that one? Are you seeing "both" of these persons? Or did you break up with the one you wanted a long distance relationship with?.... Are both of these boys still in your current location?.... If they are, then what will you do once you make the move at the end of the month?
I'm sure its challenging telling your current friends that you will be moving away. How are they taking the news?.... Thanks for checking in this week and letting us know how things have been going for you.
@PoliteOcean thank you ocean for your kind words!
i honestly love all dogs so i am really open to any breed :P but a girl would be amazing! I think it d help me not feel alone in the new city a lot and also would give me a reason to go outside haha.
sorry for the misunderstanding! theres only one boy (my boyfriend) but we got together only by yesterday
he will stay in my current location, thats why we have to try long-distance! But we will visit each other every 2-3 weeks so hopefully that will work out.
Some friends take the news well, some dont to be honest. my boyfriend was sad at first but he is sure that it will work out even if its long distance. Though one friend of mine started crying when i told her so, that was a bit hard.
TALKING ABOUT EATING DISORDERS, so TW
My boyfriend convinced me to eat again, to make a long story short. He said he would be there for me to help me with anything that scares me, and that he doesn't want me to disappear, but that he can't live with my ED, so it was either taking his help or taking the door out. It wasn't the threat that convinced me, it was more all the rest of the conversation, and I don't know if he understood this, but anyways. Now I'm eating again, and I'm scared, sad and angry. Angry as f**k because I'm gaining back all the weight. I'm not angry at my boyfriend, nor at myself. I'm just mad. I'd better not to think about it.
Now I'm struggling not to binge and to keep my diet at least a little healthy, it's important not to exaggerate with sugar and with quantities during refeeding. It's going relatively good. I'm always hungry, I eat often, moderate quantities and mostly healthy food. Mostly. I managed not to binge so far, and not to eat non-stop. That's already a result.
@GhostlyLilian
Hey there Lilian, the important thing is to just take things slow day by day....One day at a time thats all you can do. Try not to overthink too much about what each day will bring and perhaps allow yourself to just focus on the day that you are in. ... Being "mindful" of your choices... (Not to label it a "Good" choice or a "Bad" choice).. but Look at it as a "Healthy" choice! And taking in the best foods that you can allow yourself and your body to have. Giving it the best "Nutrients" to allow you to live and "feel" healthy.
I'm not sure about "Ultimatums" which that kind of sounds like what your boyfriend presented to you? I could be wrong though? ...... But these are the decisions and choices that you have to make for yourself and nobody else. Day by Day, ONE moment at a time, One meal at a time. Best of luck to you on your continuing journey to living your healthiest lifestyle.
@PoliteOcean
Thanks Ocean. Yes, it was an ultimatum, and I don't think you can cure a mental illness with threats. But this time it kind of worked because my ED wasn't severe and because of all the other things he said and did besides the threats. And my ED didn't just go away. I changed the behavior, so symptoms are coming out in other ways. Yesterday my anxiety was really bad and he got worried because at one point I couldn't even talk anymore and had to follow him or hold his arm to walk around, because I was too out of it to make a plan in my mind about how to walk from a place to another. And he couldn't understand why. Well, I couldn't exactly either, but what did he expect? I can fix eating, but the problem's still there
**How have you all been doing this past week?!
**This is our FIRST Check-in for the Month of MARCH!~ What ideas, plans or goals do you have for yourself this month?
**What are you looking forward to the MOST in this new month ahead?!
What is one last thing you'd like to do or accomplish this month that you haven't gotten a chance to yet since the year started?
I would like to read my books that have been piling up around me. I haven't gotten a chance because of a lot of problems that I've been having, but now I think I've tackled the source of my problems and I'm getting some help, so I can finally read again.
**What things have you done this past week to take care of Your Physical, Emotional, and Mental Health?! How often do you take time for SelfCare each week? How important do you feel that should be in maintaining a healthy life for yourself?
I have been doing more yoga and I recently started keeping track of my self-care more. I began meditating again, hopefully working up to half an hour a day, but I'm starting small with five minutes twice a day. I also finally sat down with one of my professors and talked about how much I'm struggling in the class and got some help from him and I couldn't be more grateful. I think that I'm going to start trying to prioritize myself, which was a goal I had from the beginning of the year, but I feel like now I'm finally getting the hang of it.
**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" this past week?
Hoo boy, where do I even start with this? I'll start with the struggles since they're easier to list for me. I was having a lot of trouble with my film studio class. For those who don't know what that is, it's basically a student-run film studio on campus in my university. We write, produce, and edit short films and are doing a web series as well. I was one of the managers, and it was causing me a lot of stress. To the point where I was crying about it and dreading going to the class. My higher level managers were putting a lot of pressure on me without much notice to get things done and I was on the verge of walking out. It wasn't until I sat down with the faculty sponsor/studio head that I realized how bad things had gotten. After talking with him, I decided to step away for a couple of semesters and get my head right before coming back. I think that some other people in the studio may start to resent me for "walking out" on them, but I need to take care of my mental health first and foremost.
Okay, well that was super depressing to write. Onto the highlights! I started doing yoga again. I also finally decided to go to a therapist to help with my mental health. I've been wanting to go for a while now, but my family has a huge stigma against therapy, which I finally decided to ignore. I also started sleeping better and I have the weekend off to do my own things since I don't have to film with the studio class anymore!
**What would "YOU" like
to talk about or share with us?! We want to hear from "YOU"!!
I'm super happy that I finally got into therapy. And I'm really glad that I quit my position in the studio class; it feels like this clamp or something that was around my chest is just gone and I can breathe again! I'm so grateful for my friends that have supported me in this and my professor for encouraging me to put #1 (myself) above #2, 3, 4, etc.
I'm also planning on going hiking tomorrow morning in leiu of my normal morning yoga. Which should be super fun since it's supposed to rain all day today. I'm prolly gonna also go hammock later if the rain lets up
@HobbitsandElves
Hey there! Its nice to see you!
Sounds like you are quite a reader?!... My mom loves to read books as well, she can read them from cover to cover and start a whole new book or two in the same day! lol... Me, now thats a different story, It could take me weeks to finish. I'm not much of a reader unless its a magazine of some sort. My mind won't always allow me to simply "focus" on reading for long.
Its great that is something that you enjoy doing, and that you are finally starting to as you say, "tackle the source of your problems" so that you can also have more free time to enjoy doing what you love to do. Great to hear that you are getting some help!
AWESOME and amazing job on doing Yoga and keeping up with Self Care! Great job! And good for you on practicing meditation! That is really great! You are doing some really wonderful things for yourself. And its great that you are taking the time to start "small" and eventually increase your way up! Small steps can only lead up to bigger steps and better things ahead for you! Good for you for talking to your professor and reaching out for help!.. Not everyone can do that, but you knew what you needed to do, and became proactive about it!....Its great that he was able to help you, and that you are taking the time to prioritize as well!..... Sounds like things are really starting to come together for you and you are on the right track to a better "YOU" and better over-all well-being!... Continue to keep up the great job that you are doing for yourself!
Sounds like you had went through some really challenging things that you knew were not a good thing or "fit" for you.. .and its really great that you recognized those that those things were an added stressor for you. Congrats on taking charge of your life and the things that no longer benefited it, and stepping away from a stressful situation!... That can really be difficult to do sometimes, and I'm kind of dealing with a similar situation in that respect.... I've been taking some time to analyze and prioritize some things myself. So I can relate to what you are saying and doing! We have to do what is BEST for US and not for anyone else. Our mental well-being is way too important. We can't be good for anyone else if we can't be good for our ownselves.
Congrats to you as well on realizing the need to reach out to a therapist. That isn't an easy step to take for everyone, but you realized that it was something that could help you and benefit you. Once again Awesome job!... It can certainly have its "stigmas" behind it, and its not always easy telling others that you are going or that you even want to go. But once again, its really nobody else's business, and we have to do what is right for ourselves. You are really doing AMAZING. You are also really inspiring and I am SO SUPER Proud of you right now!....
Have fun on your Hike! I'm sure it will be a great breath of fresh air for you to just get out, and take in some nature. Continue to keep up all the great work that you are doing for yourself. You should be so truly proud of yourself! Thank you so much for such a super positive and inspiring check in this week. Continue to check back and let us know how things are continuing to go for you!
Workout this week was back to the usual. Only 2 of us there, I was on the TRX for most of it. Swaped from 3 sets to 4. I was expecting it to cause fatigue but it went well. I was also not taking as many breaks as I've often gotten to the point where I don't need to rest before switching between different exercises during a set - so with increasing that to 4 (even if the reps were slightly reduced in some cases) so I think that went well.
Its still stupidly cold on and off. Went for a short walk to purchase something from someone on my street - had to bundle up for that. These extreme cold warnings need to stop!
@AffyAvo
Wow Affy, sounds like your body and health are really cooperated with you for the better of the past week!...Thats really good for you. Sounds like you really put in some good work for yourself. Hopefully for you things will continue in that direction!
I know what you mean about this weather.. its just back and forth here. ( On the days we have Colder weather we get sunshine. And on the days it finally warms up a bit it does nothing but rain~
)
Sounds like everyone is doing the annual count-down for some warmer weather. But I know for some that itself can be a whole other ballgame with others issues~
Thanks for checking in this week and keeping us up to date on how things are going. Sounds like for the most part you had a positive week. And had the strength that you needed to meet your activity. Great job!
@PoliteOcean This past week on Tuesday I put in an application for a California ID. It's going to take 2-4 weeks for it to get to me in the mail. Then I will become an official person. My driver license expired 6 years ago. Thursday I had a three way meeting with my patient advocate Cynthia, and a benefits specialist Jim. Jim thinks he can get more money for me. Things like that take months. Friday I made some bone broth but it got contaminated somehow and I had to throw the whole batch away. Furthermore on Friday both of my laptops broke down at the same time. I was very stressed. I got one working again but the other one is still broken. I'm still without a caretaker and will be for a while until more money comes through. I'm disabled and I'm livinig by myself. I've had a couple of incidences in the kitchen that could have been disastrous. I made an appointment to see an endocrinologist but won't be able to see them for two months.
@Regmo
Hey there Regmo.. Its so great to hear from you again this week!
I remember you saying you had applied for your I.D.... and thats really great. I'm sorry to hear that you have to wait as long as you do to receive it, BUT.. the positive thing is that its done and taken care of, so now it will be on its way to you! So thats really great for you!
Its good for you that you were able to get a meeting set up to talk to those that can possibly help you in getting the things that you need. Hopefully in due time you will hear more about that, and they can get that moving along for you!
Sorry to hear about your Bonebroth and Laptops.... I would really dislike being without mine too. I'm sure you really rely on that to help you through your day when it might be challenging for you to get out on your own to do more. Its great though that you were able to get one working again, sounds like you are pretty handy with technical things if you were able to do that! I wouldn't even know where to start if it were me!
I do hope that you can soon find a caregiver that will be able to continue in assisting you with all of your needs.... Could your patient advocate or specialist help you in obtaining another one? Its also good that you were able to set up an app't to see your endo doctor! Sorry that you have to wait so long to go... thats the negative thing is having to wait to get in. But its great the app't is there and made. Thank you so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things have been going for you. Its always great to hear from you each week!
@PoliteOcean I can find a caregiver on my own, it's just a matter of coming up with the funding.
@PoliteOcean
**How have you all been doing this past week?! To be honest, I haven't been the best, I have spent 3 days breaking down, and 1 still feeling low, with a lot of anxiety.
**This is our FIRST Check-in for the Month of MARCH!~ What ideas, plans or goals do you have for yourself this month? I want to pay for things that I want e.g. eyebrow threading, gym membership...
**What are you looking forward to the MOST in this new month ahead?! Hopefully staying with my boyfriend and reaching the 1-month mark in our relationship, and getting things I want
**What is one last thing you'd like to do or accomplish this month that you haven't gotten a chance to yet since the year started? Get money out the bank, and manage to actually keep a relationship going
**What things have you done this past week to take care of Your Physical, Emotional, and Mental Health?! How often do you take time for SelfCare each week? How important do you feel that should be in maintaining a healthy life for yourself? I haven't actually done anything to be honest...I do care for myself with the essentials daily. But I do feel it is important to have self-care in a healthy lifestyle.
**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" this past week? The highlight was definitely my boyfriend, but I struggled a lot with my mental health
@peacefullistener22
Hey there Peaceful!...
So sorry to hear that it was such a tough week for you!... Sounds like it was a pretty challenging one. I hope that you are feeling somewhat better?! I know personally how challenging anxiety can be. Its not a fun feeling or a place to be in.
Sounds like you have alot of really great goals for yourself over the month ahead... being able to get the money to buy things you want (which in turn can help make you happy when you have things in your life that make you happy! ) and also a gym membership! Thats really awesome, as it will allow yourself to continue living a healthy active lifestyle. My hope for you is that you are able to make these things happen in the month of March!
Sorry to hear that February was such a struggle for your mental health. I know its like if "one" thing is out of balance, then "Everything" else tends to be off-track in some way too!... Thats the thing about Healthy Living is that it ALL goes together (Physical, mental, emotional)... I do hope that you are able to find "Balance" again with everything and that you continue to have that healthy positive relationship with your boyfriend that also seems to be making you happy as well!
Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things have been going for you.. continue to check back and keep us up to date!
@PoliteOcean
Hey Ocean,
I am not feeling any emotion currently, so I guess it is better but I would prefer to feel low than nothing. I don't know how to react like this, I don't know anything
I have almost saved up enough for a 1-month gym membership which is positive. I am just worried about how to organise it once I have the money.
- Peace x
Glad to hear you are starting to get back to a normal routine. I agree that daylight savings time will be a welcome change after a long winter. With spring around the corner I have found a boost of energy and looking forward to see winter gone. Overall things have gone well and have kept weight for the most part in check at least better than last year. Exercise has been on track. Finished the paint projects. Even did some yard work today. This week will be cooler than normal, but I know Spring is only a few weeks away. Enjoy your weekend.
@sail46
Hey there Sail!
Thanks for the well wishes!.. I'm glad to be getting back to a more "normal" routine of sorts... Getting there~
I know what you mean about Spring.. I can "hear and feel" it in your post when you talk about it! I can tell you are really excited about it and that it is certainly raising your spirits as it moves closer!~
Great job on keeping up with your projects and getting things done while continuing to keep activity in check and staying on top of the numbers on the scale.~
I can certainly tell you got a "Pep in your Step" as the warmer weather will be drawing near! I need to get on the ball as well with all of our 'Spring Chores' too (Yard work, garage work, etc...) Good for you for keeping up with things and keeping continuing positive attitudes!
Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things have been going for you! Always great to read your check-in!

@politeocean
This week has seemed super long but been super good. This month I want to get 2 lecture courses done, so I can more fully understand the world around me and I want to use Pokemon Go in order to help myself exercise more. I want to start therapy, and I already made a big committment to start long distance therapy through 7cups since Private Practice seems so slow to start.
What I'm looking forward to most this month is getting my hair cut. My sister has a friend that does it and just opened shop in a nearby town, so we may book 2 haircuts and get it done there.. It will have been almost a year since my hair was cut last. I aim to change that now that I'm in control of my own money.
The one thing I'd like to do that I wasn't able to do yet this year, is get a coat that fits and gloves. The need may be changing now that its spring, but its still something that I want to do.
I've been making sure I get enough sleep this last week, and gross and TMI for some of you maybe, but I started brushing my teeth again. I've been eating a lot better and the pounds aren't exactly just falling off (because I'm still eating a lot of food) but its going in the right direction. I'm down about 21 pounds in 2 months (from 295 to 274 I got to thinking, that sounded pretty drastic. so don't worry) Right now I'm struggling with a lack of purpose. There doesn't seem to be a reason I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but I want one anyway.
My highlights this week were conducting the hide-n-find for my guild, (even though I was really nervous about it), and getting up in time to go to church and breakfast afterward with the morning group this morning. I also have found that I like going to the butcher shop and seeing what they have there.
@berryfields2409
Hey there!
Wow... sounds like you have some really positive things that you want to make happen in the month ahead! Between Lecture courses, Adding more activity through the Pokemon Go, AND adding therapy, sounds like you are really wanting to make some great commitments at continuing to be and live a well-rounded Healthier lifestyle. (Physcially, mentally and emotionally) Sounds like a really great balance here!
Getting a new haircut sounds really nice~ I know how good it can help to make us feel Physcially and mentally when we can make a desired positive change in our lives no matter how simple!...
And HOW AWESOME and amazing for you on your weightloss!.. And actually thats not really a huge weight-loss in that amount of time... Usually if we start off having alot to lose or more to lose than others, then we are usually able to drop weight pretty fast in the beginning stages.... So thats really great for you. I hope that the change is continuing to keep you on track with things and moving forward in your journey. I see you say you lack purpose in continuing to move forward, But keep in mind, that when we need to lose weight or struggle (for some) its about finding the "root" of why ones eating might be off track or out of hand, or why they dont' want to make the change to lose or lose more.... If you are lacking "purpose" then the bigger question is "Why"? And then the next thing is finding that Purpose......(Obvious reasons for wanting or needing to lose weight is because its not physcially healthy to hold alot of excess weight on our bodies as it can lead to "Other" health issues down the line such as heart-attacks, strokes, diabetes, etc.. to name a few.)...... But I'm sure you already know that and don't need any lectures on that of course.... BUT... There can also be other "deeper-seated" issues for not being able to "Mentally" or "Emotionally" move forward, or have/find a purpose. (Depression, Mood-disorders, etc...) So thats when you need to step outside the box and look at the bigger picture of "WHY" you specifically lack purpose.... (If that all makes any sense?) I hope I made sense.. lol....But your weightloss is truly amazing! And my hope for you is, that as long as you are losing and continuing to lose in a "healthy" way for yourself, is that you are able to continue to find your purpose for doing so and keep going by keeping up the great work that you are putting in!
I like that your highlight of the week was getting up early and going to church and breakfast afterwards! Sounds like a really great day by starting off with some "worship"!.. (By the way, if you feel you are lacking purpose over any matter, then if go to church, you already know 'WHO" to give those concerns to!.. and turn it over, and pray on it)
Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how you've been doing this past week! Continue to keep us updated.

Hey there Mellie! Good to hear from you this week
Good to hear that your week went good... Its great that you want to make plans to eat better in the coming month ahead! (I can totally relate to that.. lol.. I have been a little off-track myself the past few weeks) So I say lets make it a plan and a goal! lol
I do hope that you are able to make the plan of getting to the gym more...I know this is something that you have talked about alot and have been wanting to do for yourself!
Great job on taking in less sugar! That is really great at being mindful... I am trying to make that plan myself. I'm not a "huge" sugar eater, but I need to make some changes too.
How nice on the spending time with friends and getting in some meditation! Great job.. Both of those things can surely make for better mental and emotional well-being. Awesome job at being more "Social"!
I know that is another thing you've brought up wanting to do more of as well!...
Awesome job on getting in your self care time!... I hope that work calms down for you!... Great check in this week Mellie! Keep up the AWESOME work that you are doing.. Very positive!
