Mmm, mainly spicy food. I don’t have a specific favorite food but I love anything that is spicy.

Ooo I've lost weight over the past year and one of my go to's is canned tuna with spicy mayo mixed in, rice, and seaweed. I know some of those ingredients are acquired tastes, but it's an easy and pretty cheap meal!

@JanusPi

Hello.

I am very glad and supportive of you in changing your diet and nutrition. While people may have different goals when it comes to the quality of their food, generally they all share one common desire: to improve their health through a suitable diet.

As a vegan for three years now - eating stricly plantbased foods, vegetables and fruits, combined with a healthy lifestyle - I have noticed a very postitve change in my body, I feel much healthier than before.

I don't have a lot of experience on how to eat best, but my advice to you is listen to your body's responses and try out differnet nutritional plans. Whenever you find a diet that suits your body, you can stick with it, and feel free to adjust or get creative with your cooking so that you truly enjoy it.

Wishing you a good health and happiness.

@JanusPi for cheese and dressing, there is light options. i know velveta has low fat cheese, which has less calories than regular cheese. you dont have to get rid of foods you like, you just have to manage and control your options, for example, you could have a slice of cake for 150 calories, or a ham and cheese sandwich for around 130... theyre similar in calories, but it matters more about what you put into your body rather than the number on the packaging. protein will fuel you!! eat a lot of protein. if you like tuna, it has about 10-25g of protein and is only 70 calories for one pack. expierment and try new foods!!

Mhm here’s the recipe if you want to try it.

Cook noodles and while it’s cooking prepare the soup. For the soup chop up some green onion, garlic and coriander (if you like them). Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of sesame oil. Add some chilli oil or chilli stuff, whatever you like. Add sum sugar and salt too. Then just pour hot water into everything and that’s the soup done. At the end just add the cooked noodle into the soup and it’s done! This noodle is called 阳春面, and usually people add things like lard, but I’m trying to stay healthy.

@JanusPi Everyone's taste buds are different, however, experiment with different flavors of smoothies (fresh produce) organic honey, could try yogurt. Experiment with salads, spring mix, cobb salads, egg salad, tuna salad. I love veggies so I often make veggie plates (never can have too many IMO) Fish is lean, chicken breast, turkey. I also do soups homemade in crockpot (low sodium broths). Acai bowls, protein bowls. Honestly I probably eat the same thing over and over so I tell myself to eat for the nourishment not for taste or cravings. I do have a cheat day twice out of the month. Blessings on your lifestyle change.

@YashasJourney

I was told smoothies have really high calories, so I rarely drink them… I do love yogurt though. Someone recommended a dish called tzatziki and it’s really tasty. I might add it to salads to replace mayonnaise!
