@Hope - thank you for creating this. It's a never ending work, as one of the founders of the IDG framework said on a recent podcast interview - how do you know when you've attained enough Awareness, or any other skill? That being said, what I'm good at is: Critical thinking - I'm good at taking perspectives and occasionally a very unprecedented view of things that literally no one has thought of. I'm also a natural at sense -making, I tend to look for the narrative. What would I improve on? Long term visioning: planning for the long term needs work with me. Anyway, it's been enriching and given me a lot to reflect on.

Loved the course! One big takeaway for me was how connected all the skills are—like self-awareness and compassion totally feed into each other. I think I’m pretty strong in empathy, prudence (thanks, overthinking 😂) and honesty. I’d love to work more on presence though—my brain loves time-traveling lol. Think that would help me slow down and really be there for others more.

1. This course helped me realize that inner development is the foundation for creating meaningful outer change — whether in our personal lives, communities, or the world. I learned that growth starts from within, through cultivating self-awareness, empathy, and the courage to act with purpose. The structure of the 5 dimensions — Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting — gave me a clear roadmap to reflect on and build essential human skills. One of my biggest takeaways is that even soft, internal shifts (like becoming more present or empathetic) can have powerful ripple effects on the people and systems around us.

2. Empathy and Compassion (Relating)

I’m able to genuinely understand others’ emotions and hold space for them without judgment.

Self-awareness (Being)
I am reflective and conscious of my thoughts, emotions, and triggers.

Communication Skills (Collaborating)

I strive to listen actively, express myself clearly, and remain open to dialogue.

3. Courage (Acting)

Long-term Orientation and Visioning (Thinking)

@Hope

This course was such a fun and refreshing experience!  One of the most helpful tools for me was the strengths test, I’ll definitely keep revisiting it as I grow to see how my strengths evolve. I also really connected with the concept of Ikigai, it gave me a new framework for understanding purpose and aligning my life with what matters most.

My top strengths,Perspective, Appreciation of Beauty guide how I experience and respond to the world. These strengths help me approach challenges with calm clarity, believe in better outcomes, and extend grace to both myself and others. They also influence how I lead and support those around me with understanding and thoughtful reflection.

I’d love to improve my self-discipline and perseverance, especially when I’m facing tough or uncertain situations. Strengthening these skills will help me follow through on goals with consistency and give me a deeper sense of satisfaction in both my personal and professional growth.

Once again , Thanks ♥️🥰

I would like to be more spiritual. I could improve it by taking the time or any time at all to consider what my values are and what I believe in.

I'd like to improve all of them, but now I'm practicing integrity. I think I'll be in alignment with my true self and my personality with integrity.

For me, empathy, perseverance, and authenticity were definitely skills I both excel at and consider important. Genuinely feel they've helped me connect with others and made people actually feel comfortable talking to me.

For skills I'd like to improve on... I would definitely like to improve courage and optimism, those would surely be helpful sometimes.
