The strengths test was extremely helpful and I'll be revisiting this as I evolve to check in on if anything has changed! My other favorite part of the course was learning about Ikigai as a way of identifying purpose.

My top strengths are honesty, spirituality, and kindness. It didn’t surprise me at all that these are my top three. Spirituality is the one that benefits me the most. Being kind to others makes me feel good about myself. My favorite quote and the one thing I live by is, “Sprinkle kindness like it’s confetti.”

There are so many things that I learned from this course. One thing I would like to share that I learned from this course is that there are many things that I still have to learn myself as I read about the 5 domains. Again, I feel that this will improve my experience by helping me have an open-mind. This can help remind myself to put myself in other's shoes and feel how they are feeling and even thinking about why they make the choices they did.

During my time participating in this course, it really dawned on me how much people could relate to each other and I also learned some things about myself. It was really reflective.
🔍Of all the skills and qualities mentioned in the 5 different domains of IDG, which 3 skills/qualities do you excel at? How do these skills/qualities allow you to better help yourself or other people?
From the quiz I took, mine were Humour, Spirituality, and Judgement. As I've mentioned before in a previous post, I was surprised by the spirituality one, though not disappointed. I tend to be good at seeing the moments when to make a joke to lighten the mood, and when to take the moment seriously. I've been told that I make people feel better by simply being my chaotic and rather unpredictable self.
🔍Note down 1-2 skills/qualities you would like to improve upon. How will this improvement change your experience?
Personally, I need to practice gratitude more. I'm grateful for what I have, I'm just not grateful for me, as a person. I'm always so hard on myself and doubting everything I do. I'm working my way towards that, it's just a bit complicated. Taking my time and not setting myself up for a fall is a step forward in the right direction, though.
@DipityEnigma You sound like an exciting character!
Of course - gratitude keeps the momentum up - good reminder for us all :)
