🥲 I know this month isn’t as bad as last month, but I still feel so awful. I know I have been sh free for 3 months but as the days go by some are getting harder and harder not to go back to old habits, UnU I wish my nana was still around. ☹️ I miss her so much 😢 ever since she passed away my mental health was never the same, it got so bad and it’s better now but my depression is terrible.. some days I feel like I’m falling deeper into the hole of depression while climbing out at the same time. 😢 and here’s me complaining about headaches when I literally do nothing about them. 🥲 what I learnt from today is try not to laugh lots with a headache as it makes it worse. I’m also sad today ☹️ I graduate high school soon and lose a whole network of irl support ☹️ so sad

@EmoRex It is hard. You're absolutely right about that. Sometimes we find people that we think will be with us for a long time but then something might happen and it doesn't work out and we get hurt. We fall back and regroup and try again. Unfortunately it can take time to find the right people that we have a good fit with. Tbh - I'm still looking for my people too ❤️
I know it's not the same and I hope it doesn't sound too stupid but maybe we could have an internet family here on cups? I'd be honored to have you as part of my family here Emo ❤️

@EmoRex Its ok ❤️ I mean it sucks not to know but its ok if you don't. Some times its like a switch got flipped. Could be holiday related. This coming holiday can be a big trigger. Could be anything or nothing at all. Maybe you could do little things for yourself? Be kind and gentle with yourself. Rest and eat. I hope it passes soon. I know it's hard though 😞

Anyone store or try to store most memories in objects? So its easier to remember?

Hey Emo 🌻 I’m not sure about storing memories into objects, perhaps it happens automatically - looking at an object and remembering events/feelings associated with it, especially the events that had high emotions 🌸 But I used to store a few tiny objects in a special box ... they were given by others, or belonged to others that were and are special to me. Something like a memory box ✨

I don't really know, it happens automatically for me. I just take a particular object out and carry out around and that stores the memories in it

Hmm, I feel like we’re all weird, or maybe unique in some way Emo 🌻 I used to always think that I was the weird or odd one out, but not anymore because I see that people around me think they are actually weird, hmm 🤔
Also, if you were talking about the storing of memories in particular, we never know, maybe some others are able to do that too? 😊 We would have to find that out!
