[Old] Please welcome our new LDP Mentor Leader: Asherwolfice!

The Leadership Development Team is scaling up! We've got a robust team of passionate TAs and Mentors who have been doing phenomenal work in guiding our students and making sure they pass the LDP with flying colors! Big thank you to them!!

I am happy to announce Asherwolfice will be stepping into the role of LDP Mentor Leader! Asher has been acting as Lead Mentor and will continue to oversee the Mentor team! Here are some of Asher's goals as ML:

-Improving the information for leadership roles by updating the forum with information and creating a flowchart guide for the community.

-Understand the retention of the community in leadership roles to help with increasing the retention of leaders.

-Increase the number of Mentor Leaders in the community with small project ideas for those who are looking for professional development

-Assist with the Buddy Project to help new leaders in their roles get comfortable and understand their roles
