1. I learned that I am way more disorganized than I thought. I guess because i am used to it i cant really tell.
2. My strengths are that I am very open when it comes to new ideas or new people which is a good quality to have in life
@lyricalStrawberry4547
Same on Open-mindedness. I'm always curious about different cultures and thoughts of different people.
@lyricalStrawberry4547, I learned that I'm very open-minded as well!
@Hope
I learned that I frequently experience strong emotions and feel stressed by challenges.
But I thrive on structure, discipline, and completing tasks to a high standard. I can use this as my strength to deal with the passive thoughts I sometimes have.
@Irise
That's really cool to know that you've got strategies for supporting yourself when at the mercy of strong emotions and times of high stress! I love how you talk about using your love of structure and discipline to counter any negative self talk you might have.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
Nearly everything I saw on my results were expected! I didn't learn much about myself, though I suppose my agreeableness was a little lower than what I had originally thought it would be.
Open-Mindedness: You thrive on new ideas and creative thinking.
Conscientiousness: You are organized and disciplined, balancing productivity with flexibility.
Extraversion: You are friendly and sociable, but appreciate occasional quiet moments.
Agreeableness: You are generally cooperative and empathetic, but can assert your needs when necessary.
Negative Emotionality: You are calm, resilient, and rarely experience anxiety or worry.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
The main thing I learnt about myself was how low my conscientiousness is! I know I'm a bit scatty and disorganized (ADHD) but I thought I was a little more consistent than my results suggest haha! I've come up with a lots of ways to work around my natural tendencies towards chaos but good to get a reminder of how much my strategies are needed!
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
My strengths are my open mindedness, natural curiosity and capacity to build empathetic connections. Being so willing to reflect on my actions and how I behave helps me to build a greater understanding of myself which in turn aides my relationships. Being able to connect to others on a deeper level means that the connections I have offer space for people to be their fullest selves.
@Hope
I learnt that I am more organized, responsible and empathetic than I had realized. I also understood that while I like structure, follow a path, I also need to be a little more flexible and not put too much pressure on myself to get everything right.
My strengths are empathy, understanding people, patience, being responsible and organized. These qualities help me build good relationships, support people when they need me and manage my responsibilities better. I feel they also help me be more open-minded and understanding with others. One thing I would like to work on is not putting too much pressure on myself to be perfect!
