1) Diversity is beautiful! We get to learn so much about people from different background, we learn to respect and be patient,understanding , brings a whole lot of life and creativity to the table

The different perspectives could create much more ideas. This means that people of different backgrounds could come with ideas and the ideas would vary as everyone would have gone through life differently.

Having a diverse team is beautiful! There are different cultures and customs,and having a blend of people from different cultural backgrounds promotes creativity, colour and insightful conversation.

How can we be respectful of other people's cultures on 7 Cups?

We should be respectful of different cultures by being careful about what we say about cultures different from our own- especially if we do not have much knowledge on the subject. We should also refrain from asking questions that may make other people uncomfortable.

This is truly a wonderful thing, I love learning about new cultures and new languages. It's so many things that we could do and learn, a lot of cultures have some cool things that I would like to try one day. It gives us the chance to help others that are situated outside of our country. There is more creativity and productivity as well when having a diverse team.

We can try to help them and not judge. We really can just be ourselves supporting everyone in any culture, showing that we are willing to learn and apply those skills to helping out.

We can learn to be less judgemental when we meet someone with a different cultural background, And as leaders avoid all sterotypes that may be shown against them. We can also take the time to learn to respect their perspectives and ideals and appreciate that they may different from our own (which is okay!),

How can we be respectful of different cultures on 7 Cups?

Language can be a big barrier on 7cups. You may have no idea where the person you are speaking to is from. They may say something which may mean something completely different to you so you must respect the Language barrier and try your best to work with it.

Time Zones is another issue. You should be respectful about what time it is for the person/persons you are speaking to. You can also use this to your advantage. A person could be talking to you very late at night so they may be exhausted from the day they just had and they may be getting cranky because they need to sleep, you could be talking with someone first thing in the morning and you don’t know what type of a day they are about to embark on. Respecting these things and keeping them in mind when on 7cups will make you a better person a better listener and a leader.
