Daily Mindfulness Check-In September 20, 2022

We had some very heavy rains recently and the sky was dark and the winds were high. The next morning the sun was shining again and there was a fresh smell from the rain the night before in the air - it was wonderful and reminded me that even when times seem to be dark there will be light again.
