5 Senses Treasure Hunt
Let’s play a mindfulness game together! ✨
The idea is simple: notice little things around you and share them. It helps calm the mind and can also be funny/creative.
How to play:

Answer the current sense prompt (see list below).

Tag 1–2 friends 7cups friends of yours so they can add their own answers.

After answering, move to the next sense in the list. Once all 5 senses are done, start back at 👀 again.
The 5 Sense Prompts:

👀 See → Share the first thing you see that makes you smile.

👂 Hear → Share an interesting sound you notice right now.

👃 Smell → Share a smell you notice (nice, odd, or funny).

✋ Touch → Describe how something near you feels.

👅 Taste → If you could taste anything right now, what would it be?

See - My bedroom which at the moment is quite messy and disorganised.
Hear - The sound of my ceiling fan rotating.
Smell - Nothing, there's no odour or smell.
Touch - Soft bedsheets.
Taste - The lingering taste of ice cream I just finished having sometime back.
