I'm exhausted, idk when and how I'll be able to change, I don't believe in myself, nothing has changed, and I feel hopeless rn, this addiction, this whatever this is idk what to call it anymore. Everything feels pointless sometimes. I feel mentally sick and psycho and terrible.
Im not gunna tell you dont give up as that is just so cliché but your feelings are very very valid. Addiction isn't easy. Sending you lots of thoughts and prayers :)

Tired. I have a headache. I don't wanna go to school tomorrow. I'm 18 and a senior in highschool. I need to register to vote. I'm tired. I don't have the energy. I deleted an ai chatbot app recently. I keep wanting to redownload it. It scares me.

Try and resist the urge to re download it .
I know school can be daunting but try not to overwhelm yourself by thinking about everything all at once.
