Last time I felt comfortable was ............ because ...........
😇
In my car with the windows down while it was raining at 10 pm on a dark night. Silent, dimmly lit roads, only the sound of the rain and the wetness falling through my window.
The last time I felt comfortable was yesterday when I spending time with the person I love the most.
The last time I felt comfortable was last week saturday.....when I was at church because then I didn't have to worry about my toxic relationship with my family.
Last time I felt comfortable was on Tuesday because I was with my partner and we were laughing and talking most of the day. It was very relaxing
Right now... Things aren't perfect and i'm stressed about work, but feeling comfortable because I just moved into a living situation that is a big improvement in so many ways.
About two months ago, when i was with my family
@Optimisticempath, last time I felt comfortable...I don't remember. Last time I felt relaxed was after I just finished a huge task. There was no more work to be done on it, so I let myself sleep and relax that weekend.

Update:
Last time I felt comfortable: Saturday evening 6/6/21, because, switched from so very young therapist that has been continually pushing me to do things that they want for themselves in their life. I had my 3rd therapy appointment with my new therapist Saturday night, face-to-face. Now, I am with an older, better, much more experienced therapist, close to my age...only just a few years older. They understand how things are when you are older, they are not trying to push their lifestyle on me, they are just being a good therapist, helping me in good, positive ways.
I am so much happier, calmer, relaxed (even if we only have 2 more weeks to keep the house if something can not be completed---been working to solve it for months and will continue to do so), but, I am happy, content, feel understood, accepted, and not pushed by a very young person to live life as they see life and they have even yet lived much of life. I am happy now. I am no longer so distressed, no longer very depressed, have no alters are out anymore, ....it is all okay for a change!
I want to thank all of you who have been around me and my alters who have been out lots lately with all the stress, and have been dealing with me/us and how we have been acting and doing a very poor job of acting as I/we should. I appologize to all of you. I hope you can see this appology!

That's a tough one. I am in a marriage that is severely damaged due to me being depressed in the past. And I, because I desperately tried to (re)connect, gave in two very emotional triggers and did even more damage, undoing the small steps we had taken moving forward (our joint counselor helps us).
I'd say in a weird way, the last Saturday in May. My wife went to a family party, due to me doing dumb things, it would be better for me to stay home. So I had a bit of a rough day. Yet I was able to tell myself to stop my b*llshit, whether thoughts were true or not, whatever others thought of me, and forgiving my wife that she has not been totally honest with me and denied facts, supported by paperwork. In a weird way, that made me feel better, I actually felt at ease.
@Optimisticempath this made me think hard haha
Last time I felt comfortable was in 2010 because that's when I was still innocent
