What does the word "mindful" mean to you ?
Mindfulness is a NON-JUDGEMETAL awarness of what is, presently. Not what I want or don't want - no bias...just what is. Because if i am to change something, i can only do it once i am aware of it.
Mindfulness is not runing to something or away from something. It is an acceptance of what is and the awarness of both out of self and inward.
You put it really nicely . Thankyou for sharing, it sounds like a great way to describe " being mindful " 😇 @blissedNblessed

Hi! I think the word mindful means applying a conscious intention to what you do. If you know what you are doing, why you are doing it, who it benefits and who it hurts, How it is helpful and unhelpful, when to do it, you gain so much.
You understand yourself and the world around you in a much better way. You understand what you need and what people around you need better than before.

A question that sparks so much thought 😄
Hmm... I think to put it simply, to me the word mindful means that the mind is less full. As others mentioned, it's about being rooted in this present moment and realizing that only this moment is what we know for certain and so to embrace and fully immerse ourselves in what's in front of us right now.
