Right Now, What's Your GOAL!!!
My goal right now is to move to another town to get some distance between my ex and I. Also I am moving closer to work and will hopefully get more socially active.

Right now my goal is to cooperate with my body as best as I can, during the following weeks until my bone gets healed. Also not losing track with other goals (mindfulness, work, human connections) in the meantime.
I wish you all exciting experiences with your goals (notice I didn't say reaching them, or even moving towards them - sometimes we need to recalibrate our goals - but we definitely might get experiences that we wouldn't have gotten without setting the goal.)

i would love to get through the week without crying at night.... Divorce sucks. I feel good most days then suddenyl tears come to ruin it all

I hope that things aare a little more bearable now. I have a friend that is going through a divorce and she says she is on the 'divorce diet' she has lost so much weight.
