Fill Up Your Cup
"You can't pour from an empty cup." This statement highlights the importance of self-care, and implies that you can't pour, without first filling up your cup. We give a lot of our time and energy to others, but it’s important to fill our cups with the same.
"Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what's left of you." ~ Katie Reed.
It's not selfish to be intentional about replenishing our energy. It's actually beneficial. Not only do we become capable of effectively showing up for others, but we grow into our most authentic and best selves, who feel habitually loved and nurtured.
How do you fill up your cup?
Let's consider some gentle ways to do so:

Filling our own cup is sooo essential, or atleast to be mindful about what empties our cup and how to prevent that!
I like spending time in nature, and find that soul-fulfilling hehe!
How about you?
I fill my cup by praying and journaling my thoughts.
Authentic self?

Yes! Self-care allows us to reflect on our core values and beliefs, and by adopting such practices, we become more aligned with them. We subconsciously affirm our worth and believe that we're deserving of care and love.
You dont need to do that with sexuality. Anyone can express what you just said. Takes confidence and self esteem. What does sexuality have to do with that? Sexuality is something you discover in bed with a partner. Not just by looking in a mirror. Thats a different conversation.
Naps are lovely when needed
