Just joined. Am in my second day of trigger based anxiety. Ive come a long way over the last few years and Im not going back.

Second day being a listener and I've learned so much! It is really exhausting to be a listener, but I feel so good helping people and it makes me learn so much about anxiety, depression, etc. I'll definitely be doing more of this often, hoping to change a lot more lives.
