Ask for help for the nights. Anyone in your family of friend circle. And nap when the baby naps. And always remember it will pass, things will get better.

Give yourself grace!!! Make sure to have self care time, even if it's in the form of a few minutes here and there. It' so easy to get caught up in the daily routine at first and forget about your needs but it's so important to remember yourself too!!! ❤️

The best one that worked for me was to take care of the baby at night. I was breastfeeding and the crib was next to my side of the bed. No diaper changing unless it stank, no light on, no talking, cooing.... strictly business. Dads tend to turn this into party time and you are awakened anyway. Baby will sleep through the night much earlier

Congrats! The first 3 months are hectic, so be patient with yourself and know that you (and the baby) are learning as you go. Don't be shy or too proud to ask for help when you need it. Burping is essential. Get loads of pre-made /frozen foods before the big day. It's difficult to cook wholesome food when you are sleep deprived and busy with a newborn. Leave the dishes and laundry for later - the baby and you are more important. And remember to enjoy the beautiful small moments!
