@Hope My fiancee found this website for me as a way for me to get help while he tries to find his own help through his work. I came to the realization that I don't really know what me being happy feels or looks like anymore. Our relationship is going through its roughest patch in our almost 5 years of being together and he decided that us separating and taking a break would be the best thing for us. Needless to say, it has been the absolute longest week of my life and I think that this break was a mistake and I don't know how I'm supposed to work on myself when every time something I just want to tell him but I know that I can't do that. Most people in my life don't know that we aren't together right now cuz I had started to make progress with being happy or content and I think I made more progress than I thought because no one has noticed that I haven't been myself lately.
Thanks for creating this community and for listening/reading this brief intro to what brought me to this community!

I am really sorry to hear that you're going through a rough patch. You came to an excellent website, that understands what you're going through. 7cups is a website, like none other. No other website, comes remotely close to 7cups. At 7cups, we have forums, sub-communities, 1-1 listeners, therapists, and group support chatrooms.
