We appreciate your consistently demonstrating exceptional commitment, particularly through your tireless work in fostering a more supportive and compassionate environment in the group support chats. Thank you for your visionary leadership in developing and launching the "Always Here" initiative. By building a consistent and reliable space for support, you not only revitalized a vital resource but has also inspired a new wave of compassion and connection within our community. Calmingcomfortero is an outstanding Teen Listener and Leader, who embodies the 7 Cups' “high warmth and high expectations” ideal to a very high degree. Confortero is a very grounded, consistent, supportive presence in the Teen community, the Forums and the Academy, showing always exceptional kindness and professionalism, as well as a remarkable knowledge of mental health issues acquired to better support Members.
Confortero’s supportive forum interventions, particularly in the Bipolar, Schizophrenia & Psychosis Support community and in the Anxiety Support community are examples of their way to inspire confidence in others from a solid, grounded personal base, following Rumi’s wise advise, “give not from the bottom of your well but from the overflow”.
As a 7 Cups Leader, Comfortero is also a main pillar of the Quality Listening Program, where, as Academy Mentor, encourages all trainees, both teens and adults, through the main Program thread, having contributed significantly to an increase in Graduations in both age groups. Confortero also provides superb support to the trainees under their guidance, resulting in high Teen graduation rates, and reflected in many extremely positive reviews.
Confortero’s enthusiastic as well as mature and balanced personality, their talents and continuous efforts for self-improvement, their consistency and commitment to the tasks under their responsibility, all make them a role model as a 7 Cups Listener and Leader, with a brilliant future in the years to come.

And lastly (but not leastly!!), it's with immense gratitude and admiration that we present the Smalls Award to the remarkable @ASilentObserver. As the Community Manager for Group Support, his work often takes place behind the scenes, yet its impact resonates profoundly throughout our community.
@ASilentObserver possesses a unique and quiet strength, meticulously tending to the intricate framework of our Group Support spaces. He's the steady hand that ensures these vital rooms remain safe, welcoming, and effective havens for countless members. His dedication goes beyond mere management; it's a deep commitment to fostering connection, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and ensuring that groups run smoothly, allowing true healing and growth. And his care extends well beyond the GS domain. He's also been driving the Verified Listener Project for years, supporting our VL leads and always thinking of new ways to scale and elevate the program. That's just one of many domains he's helped out in! He's a fix-it kind of guy who isn't afraid to work in the weeds, boots on the ground, to get things done. We just wish we could clone Obs! He embodies the very essence of devoted service, building the foundation upon which so much of our collective support thrives.
For his steadfast care, his consistent efforts, and how much he's helped our community evolve, we extend our heartfelt thanks and proudly honor @ASilentObserver with this well-deserved recognition.
