Every year, we announce our PB Award Winner. The PB Award is the special award and the highest honor that is given to a community leader every year who has gone above and beyond to believe in the mission of 7 Cups and support the community.

You care deeply about the people you lead, and you are often seen lifting others. You have something good to say about almost everyone! Any role you take on, you do so with great responsibility and accountability. You practically lead yourself!
You have made a significant impact as a leader and as a human being. You improve everything you lead and do so with such grace and humility. You are always open to new ideas and welcome change, which is a hard skill to master. You are one of the best examples of service leadership. We are grateful to have you with us. The work you have done in the community speaks for itself. Your thoughtful forum responses have not gone unnoticed. You have a way of building others up. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you in any capacity. What a gift it is to have you in our community!

Congratulations Marcelo for this well deserving reward which you truly deserve and I think has been summarised well in this post.
It has always been a pleasure to work with you and draw inspiration from your example. You have great leadership skills and have been a great mentor and leader.
You demonstrate a commitment and dedication that seems authentic and that perhaps stem from deep reflection and internalising the values of the site.
It does feel as if you have embodied the values of 7cups in your interactions with people and it always seems that your responses to posts in forums and interactions with those around you are always full of love, support and encouragement that makes others feel truly valued and seen. It seems that you always seem open to people, to appreciate the best in them and find good things to say about others most of the time.
As an ambassador in QLP you have made the environment a warm, friendly and supportive one with a dedicated team. I think this is because you show true dedication and commitment to improving things and supporting others as much as possible.
It is nice to see how you deal with trainees and mentors in such a loving, even fatherly way, I feel, at times. It always seems as if you can bring out the good in others and make them feel better about themselves, inspiring those around you to know their abilities and value and be their best, responding to others and their requests in the warmest and kindest of ways when they need some support and I think you go beyond in most cases.
Often your interactions and responses seem to reflect a deep intelligence and wisdom, knowing what to do and how to respond appropriately in most situations and so dealing with problems and bringing new perspectives that demonstrate a deep reflection and an intelligent insight.
Many great leaders and influential people, I believe, had dedication and commitment due to their love for people and their cause.
It is often felt that you have a great love for people and a very kind and warm heart, and are able to establish genuine connections with people which are needed here and many places.
So congratulations again on this well deserving reward. You have inspired myself and others in many ways and I hope that you will gain more rewards and will continue to inspire and be an example to others in this site and elsewhere.

Many leaders fail to make their teams feel valued and appreciated but I find that you are always full of praise, appreciation and humility! These qualities are rare in many leaders. For this reason people enjoy working with you.
Your dedication and hard work has been a support and asset to all of us here and we are happy for you to have it recognised. Many people offline complain about their leaders that they don't value or appreciate them but we do not have this complaint!
And I thank you personally for being a great mentor to me from the beginning, as well as a great team mate, leader and friend. I hope you continue to gain rewards and develop successes in all that you do and I hope we will together as a team. It is great to work with you!
