@FrenchToastClub joined our listener community in 2015! Among the many great things she’s done to support our community, she has played an integral role in the development of the 7 Cups Academy.

A fun fact about me is that I’m an open-water scuba diver! Hoping to get my advanced certification soon! :D
Proudest 7 Cups achievement:
My proudest achievement is being able to learn and grow so much as a listener that now I am confident enough to help others grow and learn just as much.
If you could share one piece of advice with the community, it would be… My advice would be to be a little kinder and a little more compassionate. We live in a world full of all different types of scaries, we don’t know who is going through what. A nice gesture, big or small, can go a long way even though it may not seem like it.
