High Five Live: 7 Cups Birthday Edition!
Our 5th Birthday Party is approaching quickly and we want to celebrate with you by hosting our third ever HIGH FIVE LIVE!
Did you overcome a fear? Graduate from school? Try something new? Earn a positive review as a listener? Talk about a problem for the first time? Join a sub-community? Get a new badge? Tell us what you have accomplished so far this year and join the admin team as we read out your accomplishments LIVE and give you a shout-out on Friday, July 6th at 4:00 pm EST.
Here is how it will work -
1) Each person will submit an accomplishment they are proud of here!
There are no right or wrong answers. Each achievement is incredible and we want to honor you for it!
-----> You may submit on behalf of someone else too! If you have seen someone do someting remarkable or reach a goal, please post to the form. Nomintations welcome too!
2) On the 6th, we will open the 7 Cups live rooms (adult and teen) yay! And begin a live broadcast.
The community management team will announce each accomplishment you've made during a live broadcast for the entire community to hear. The community management team and the entire community will give you a high -five and honor you for your special accomplishment.
(note - there is an option to share your accomplishment anonymously if you prefer)
Submit your high five to yourself or nominate someone else, RSVP to this event by posting to this thread and then join us on Friday, July 6th, at 4:00 pm EST

I'm proud of myself as a listener, im still a newbie but tht didnt stop me from helping n listening out other people..and yea, got totally new experience and being a listener really help me to learn how to even cope with my own problems for the first time. Thank you 7cups, u made my life better and thank you all guests,members and of course.. fellow listeners <3
