One thing being part of 7 Cups has taught me is that the happiness of helping others equals the happiness of helping ourselves.
One thing I have learnt is I am not the only one going through a bad time so are other people I can relate to most of the problems
There are actually more liars, cheaters, mean people, etc in the world. Some of them are on 7Cups.

7Cups has taught me that we are all humans and if we accept and support one another we can truly make the world a better place for everyone in it, one by one... as equals. <3 7Cups <3
the importance of a community and each own's support system. sometimes we tend to forget how helpful it can be for us to talk to people about our struggles. 7 Cups is a great reminder that we are all here to lift each other up and to listen to one another no matter our backgrounds.
Recovery is possible.
7 cups has taught me to have patience, to listen to others, to care for others. I'm really grateful to be a part of this community.
