Yes I'd say,.... Oh leave it.

I want to say 'I don't want to leave you' to my girlfriend who I am visiting currently (we live on opposite sides of the world normally), but I know that will just make me leaving worse for her.

I still love you. I'll never forget you and how you touched my life in a way no one did before.

This is what comes to mind:

- Self care

- Be as honest as you can

- If you get overwhelmed, you will not break
