Hi, everyone! Hope you're keeping well. It has been brought to my attention that some of you are feeling a little unsure of who leads within safety/who to contact regarding safety across the site, be that related to safety teams or general safety concerns. Hopefully, this post will help ease any worry and offer some useful information! 🌞

General Safety

@Heather225 - H leads the community management team! They oversee the general community and handle greater safety concerns. Please contact them for general safety concerns, or email community@7cups.com.

@Bookworm4 - a part of admin, the ATL project and a driving force behind teen safety, book helps to manage safety on the teen side! Feel free to direct to her any teen-specific safety issues.

@Jenna - as a safety ambassador, Jenna supports the community with important safety initiatives and ensures the site stays safe behind the scenes.

Safety Team

@Rebekah (that's me!) - I lead the Safety Team. This is an interactive team with 3 branches where, among other things, we can enforce safety rules regarding profiles (usernames, bios, and profile pictures).
